Small cafe just inside the city walls close to York minster. Fantastic quality brunch, perfectly cooked with excellent service. A perfect flat white coffee and tea pigs tea selection. Free range eggs and unique milk jugs also for sale in store. Top notch!

Amazing service and very tasty breakfast. Both me and my bf really enjoyed everything. Both savoury and sweet were yummy. Quality of ingredients was superb. 100% recommended.

We had a few minutes to spare before catching a bus so we popped in to have bite to eat and we where not disappointed. A bottle of water and tumblers where put on the table before we had even ordered, what service. They do hot and cold meals and reasonably priced to say it's central York city. The young ladies doing the work where a breath of fresh air and couldn't help you enough and exceptionally helpful. The food and drinks are wonderful and in a lovely environment right down to the "cow" milk jug. Ha Ha. Please venture in you will not be disappointed

Second time visiting and once again, they did not disappoint. We ordered a jacket potato, and a panini. The side salads and coleslaw, crisps etc were a pleasant addition, the quality definitely high standard. I am equally impressed with their cakes. In the past I've had their raspberry and coconut cake, this time it was coconut and lime. Absolutely delicious food and some of the best coffee I have had in York. Will definitely be visiting again in the near future!

Really amazing homemade cakes. Service was excellent. Nice little details like the cow milk jug and every table being given water in a glass milk bottle. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Absolutely fabulous! I recommend the panini with ham, brie and cranberry (not in my pictures because I've ate it too fast), and then a delicious slice of cake (there are many!!). Lovely atmosphere, and lovely staff.

Decent breakfast both in portions and freshness however coffee was a bit of a let down. Tons of vegan options which we really appreciated and the hazelnut hot chocolate was both decadent and a warm treat

Great English breakfast. Don't miss the chutney. Young stuff with professional services. Really warm and fresh food. Coffee is nice and strong. Consider waiting time on queue at your plan!

Stopped in here based on reviews and they did not lie. Small and cosy but very busy. The service is friendly and the food was delicious. Great for vegans and vegetarians.

For me, this is the best place in town for breakfast and cake (not always at the same time). The atmosphere is calm, the music serene; the staff amazingly friendly and professional. I’ve tried others but there’s no point when this is the only place to be
