I am 100% satisfied with Jahi Laptops. I took my HP Pavilion here to get it repaired from a black screen problem. They were very kind from the beginning, and they seemed to know what they were doing. They asked me lots of questions regarding the laptop and how I had been using it (which other stores did not take into account) in order to be more precise in finding the cause to the problem. Afterwards, I left my laptop in the store for them to open it and find the cause, free of charge. When they called me back, they had identified the issue as being the motherboard. I agreed to get it repaired and they did this very quickly. When I went to pick up my laptop, it was working fine again. Not only they fixed the black screen problem, but also another one they encountered while opening the laptop. Plus, they gave me 1yr warranty! And they keep getting in touch to see if the laptop is working fine. In conclusion, highly recommend. Very very happy with the people and their work in Jahi Laptops :)

My macbook pro wouldn't charge, brought it in to Jahi laptops where the gentleman had a quick look and told me what he thought the problem would be. He then offered to keep the laptop for a day to run full tests to onfirm the problem and give me a price to fix it. He called me back the next day with the confirmation and quote which we agreed to. Blown away by the fantastic service at Jahi Laptops - they had our laptop problem fixed within 8 hours. At 10am we brought in a totally dead laptop which we urgently needed either fixed or data extracted from - Jahi diagnosed the issue, sorted us out with a new high-quality laptop which we chose, and their technician loaded all of our data onto it - all by 6pm the same day! My laptop was not working because my hadd drive went dead, and i took my laptop to the shop and the staff told me step by step what caused the hadd drive to dead, which made sense. Within the next 48h i got a call that my laptop is fixed with a new ssd hadd drive, new windows 11, with a new battery and the staff was to kind to notice one of my usb ports that were not working and mentioned to me before fixing it. As my final results, my laptop looked like a new one, and im so so happy. As well the shop only charged me a fair price, i reckon no one will ever get a good deal like that here around in aberdeen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Didn't get a laptop serviced as it would cost too much to replace the part, however I highly highly recommend this place. The pricing was reasonable and matched with other shops in Aberdeen. However, this place was incredibly friendly, and very thorough in explaining exactly what was wrong and would need repairing. Transparent on costs and the issue, identified what was wrong very quickly. Bonus points for allowing me to bring my bike inside! They do free assessments of the issue, so I'd highly recommend going here if you've got an issue.

Knew really there was no hope but they took on the challenge and when I hope was left, alerted me to a similar laptop and a very reasonable price & transferred all my data. I gave them my battered and dead Macbook Pro (2013), and they were able to completely repair it. Main logic board replaced, and new battery (which i supplied) fitted. They kept in good contact with me all through the repair updating me as they went along. Once the repair was complete I was working in England and they packed and sent the machine to me, along with a replacement charger cable as the one I'd been using was old and faulty. BIG shout out for these guys. Thursday afternoon I stupidly spilled coffee on my laptop. Took it straight up to the shop (right at the bottom of Rosemount Place, near Skene Square Primary). Friday morning they phoned me with damage report, remedial action and price quote. Friday afternoon they called to say job done. Back to the shop to collect and it's all good. Sitting at home working on it again. Okay, it's not the cheapest. But, it's a professional service and quick, and that's worth the money. Highly recommend them.

Edit: I recently had my macbook pro 2015 repaired and was fixed really quick and in amazing condition. I had it fixed at 330 pounds which other shop quoted me 500+ to fix which is absurd. Bought a new lenovo laptop 3 years ago and from day one it gave me problems. Continuous blue screrns and programs closing for no reason. Twice I had to send it to lenovo in Germany for repair withoit success. Laptops direct agreed to try and fix it as I originally bought it from them. There was a slight improvement but still blue acreens. After about a year it eventually packed up and would not start. I took it to Jahi Laptops and they managed to retrieve my data and diagnosed the problem being the ssd. They replaced this and the laptop is now running perfectly. These guys stepped in to help me out when I had driven 30 miles to PC World after I had called and booked an appointment to drop off the laptop for repair and when I got there, PC World wouldn’t take the laptop. Determined not to waste my journey on a Sunday, I found this place and called them. When I explained the situation they told me they would send someone to the shop to meet me so I could drop the device off that day. A call the next morning to tell me the problem and the costs, and the following day they called to tell me it was fixed and arranged for me to come back and pick it up. I got my laptop basically fully refurbished; smashed screen replaced alongside charging port and headphones socket and system reinstalled plus the outer casing over the screen and bottom cover replaced. Everything took like 3 working days to be done and my computer works and looks like a marvel now. I managed to get my uni laptop completely soaked in the rain before Christmas - it made a horrible noise and went black when I stupidly turned it on. I'm a technophobic PhD student, and having not backed up my work I turned up in a blind panic. The guys at Jahi were great - professional, helpful and kept me up to date. (Update: 07/09/2021) So, today is the day that PS3 came home. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix it. But obviously spent a lot of time and effort and try and resolve the issue. For this reason, I'll give them four stars. Five stars would of been issued obviously, if the PS3 was fixed. But would still recommend. (Update: 30/03/2021) I've been contacted by the shop again today. In the nutshell, they've made a significant effort to try and fix the PS3. Unfortunately, to no avail yet. But I appreciate the effort. Hopefully they'll manage. [I've updates the stars to reflect the effort being made. If they manage to fix it, five stars and a new photo will be posted]. (Update: 06/03/2021) I've been contacted by the shop, since posting the review. Hopefully we can work something out. Will update again later. Signs says they fix PS3's.... The sign lies....

My 2012 MacBook Pro had been dead for three years after liquid damage when I (ill-advisedly) decided to try and turn it back on. It turned on but wasn't charging and went no further than login screen. Jahi Laptops were very helpful and incredibly quick with the turn around, offering a socially distanced service. I was able to recover my lost data first and then Jahi restored the laptop and put on the most recent OS. My laptop is now as good as new! I was very happy with the prompt and polite service and willingness to go above and beyond especially during the current climate. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the area.

Replaced the hard drive in my Zenbook. I wasn't initially convinced this was the best plan as it had been limping along slowly since the Windows 10 upgrade, before it died. But with the replacement drive and a clean install, Windows 10 is running really well. From start-up to browsing online takes around 40 seconds. Very pleased with the service, very fast. Needed to have my laptop checked as it was running slow and often became unresponsive. Also, it was over-heating and fan would come on after a couple of minutes of work.
