Sam responded very quickly to my call and was extremely helpful in explaining the problem with our laptop in simple enough terms for us to understand!! Thanks Sam for providing us with a new laptop ready to go at a good price within days and also for making sure our printer worked with the new machine.

Partner and I had travelled up to Barrow from Cheshire to visit family, however upon setting up we had forgot a laptop charger. The options were limited from a £50 Currys adaptor or a knockoff provider from Amazon which could possibly arrive the next day - once work hours were over. I spoke to SB Supplies regarding if on the off chance, they sold a laptop charger, which sadly was not the case. 5 Minutes later, I received a call back advising we could borrow one for a small fee which was immediately available. What a great, personable guy who has helped us. Shows what dealing with local people/companies can be like compared to the giants. If I am ever find myself in a technology predicament when in Barrow again, will certainly reach out.

Excellent laptop supplied as described in 'like new' condition at a price that would not be found on the high street. Payment was straightforward and delivery was fast as promised. Some requested advice was also quick and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend and would certainly use SB again.

I am extremely grateful to Sam for his work in repairing my lap computer so quickly and so efficiently. I am currently, slowly, travelling through the UK to my home in Inverness and I suffered a catastrophic failure of my laptops hard drive. I contacted Sam a few days before I arrived in Dalton and we discussed the problem and I made an appointment for a repair with him. My laptop was repaired on the same day I left it with him and it has been operating far better than it was before the failure occurred. I can’t think Sam enough for his dedicated work.

He fitted a new hard drive and I cannot believe the difference from when I first left it with Sam. It is lightning fast, it feels like a brand-new laptop, in fact i was going to throw it out, but Sam told me that would be waist, he was right. At the time i didnt know he sells used laptops and he has a few for sale, used but in perfect condition, high specifications and less than half the price of PC World, so I end up buying one for my son. I’ve never left a review before, however I believe Sam at SB Supplies deservedly has earnt my review. I had a old Toshiba, so old it had Vista installed, Sam immediately pointed out the operating system was out of date, and open to being compromised whilst on the Internet and vulnerable. Not fully understanding, Sam explained in simple terms at the time regarding exploits etc. As the keyboard was worn, the letter A missing, and talking to Sam, he mentioned he sells refurbished grade A laptops, various sizes, and according to how much I would be willing to pay for a laptop. he gave me plenty of choices with the details wrote down, and I was astonished to the price in comparison to lesser models been sold elsewhere, Sam wasn’t pushy, he just said as it was. As I was there contemplating, another customer came to collect their laptop, and I have to make it clear, I felt safe as he has safety measure in place. The customer left happy and I then decided to take the same model. As it happens it’s a Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop / touchscreen tablet. Mighty impressed I have to say with it. My neighbour was talking about getting a new PC/ Laptop and I will highly recommend Sam, and if you are looking for a used but excellent condition laptops at very competitive prices, and I should mention with 12 Months warranty, give him a call, you will not be disappointed. I was up in Barrow for a week, last week, and my laptop failed to start and i needed it for my business, I spoke to Sam and i dropped it off at his place of business and he repaired it, he managed to rescue my photos and documents. He had to replace a part and he got it working better and faster than before. Brilliant service, polite, very competitive, and quick. I required a laptop ASAP because mine was beyond repair and it was old. Sam at SB Supplies obtained a laptop, it looks almost new and he did say it was a very fast laptop, and he was telling the truth, unlike other suppliers i have used before. It is a very fast laptop and i love it. The price i paid was a fraction of a cost i would of had to pay and it came with 12 months warranty. I took my laptop to Sam, apparently it was the hard drive what had gone faulty, he replaced a new hard drive and now my Laptop is running faster than ever before, very satisfied with his service, his knowledge and his prices. I thought I had killed my £1500 laptop with a faulty charger, Sam was very responsive when I contacted him, after some investigation it was only the DC port and charger, Sam did an excellent job, in a very short time, kept me informed at all stages. Well I am not into writing reviews. Sam you have made my day. I am so pleased with the job you did on my Mac Pro 2008, that little ball does not appear anymore. The definition on the screen is even better than before. I was able to load TeamViewer within minutes, instead of 1 hour. It is a pity that Apple are not able to give as good a service has you. It is small business's like your's, that will get this country out our debt problems. You have gone more than the extra mile. Price is good. Fast service with a smile. Happy to answer any questions.
