Great service from ACN Solutions. Started on their remote monitoring service a few weeks ago. Andy picked up an issue with one of our PCs which he resolved very quickly. Had problems with my 'POP' email account and Microsoft Edge following recent updates on my laptop by Microsoft and was recommended to Andy at ACN Solutions. He's very pleasant and resolved the problems efficiently and very quickly. He did all this remotely so I only had very limited inconvenience, not having to take my laptop to him. Also the fees he charged were very reasonable. I would be very happy to recommend this company and I'll most definitely go to ACN for assistance should I need IT help again.
