I must confess I didn't get what I wanted, viz., for my laptop to be repaired. Still, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because: 1. I believe they tried; 2. The personnel I dealt with were very friendly and courteous, even to tech-dunces like me; 3. They were very honest in recommending against an expensive repair, which may not have lasted anyway; and 4. They very forthrightly refunded money for a repair agreed to believing that an earlier repair was successful. Thank you, and I think this experience means I will happily come back to you for any future tech needs. All the best!

I am always very impressed with this shop. I have had several problems with my laptop and they have always been able to fix it (including removing viruses) and the charge has always been affordable. When I have asked them about anything big or small they have always given me the time to explain and give me advice - their customer care is excellent. I have every confidence in them. They really know what they are doing. They are all friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend them and tell my friends to use them. I am moving away from Bedford, but will still continue to use them.

Fantastic customer service. Polite, prompt, efficient. Am a complete IT novice and these guys fixed up my laptop for a really reasonable price (they probably should have charged more for the amount of work) and all within a 3 day turn around over a weekend period. It's like new again and all my data untouched. Am well impressed. Top job!!

Rang Fix My PC today to ask if they would do a general electronic repair, a small soldering job. Having been fobbed off by other computer shops who weren't interested, Fix My PC could not have been more helpful both on the phone and in the store. I was able to take my broken item to the store the same day and they did the soldering while I waited. A very quick and friendly service, the item was repaired in minutes. Would not hesitate to use this shop again, their customer service really is exceptional, and I guarantee I could not have got the work done for a better price anywhere. I would highly recommend Fix My PC to anyone.

Had my Laptop stop working out of nowhere one day and after trying to reach a bunch of other well known branches just for them to say "we cant do anything" or charge 100£ just to take it in these guys took it in for 65£ since it was a High end gaming laptop and got back to me the next day with the news that it was a graphics card chip. they let me know the price before they charged me and were really helpful and patient throughout. Very good experience and I could not recommend this place more!!!

Firstly, I am not very clued up with computers and find tech speak hard to follow. Fix my PC managed to fix my laptop on which Windows 10 had become corrupted. Once I got home with it one employee, Perry, over the phone, talked me through setting it up again, reconnecting to the internet and my email addresses. He did this in a careful step by step way which I was able to follow. I have used this shop in the past and would recommend them.

When our hard disk failed we were in trouble and starting to panic, but Dominic encouraged me to calm down and guided me through the process of understanding what needed to be done.. ..and then did exactly what he explained he would do to fix the problem. I had a spillage on my laptop and thought I'd lost all my work and photos. Not only did they get all my data back but they restored the laptop to new. They did this quickly and it was affordable. Very happy customer and I will return with any future computer issues.

Realy poor service when my computer was returned to me. I had to spend a further 6 hours finishing the job that should have been done in store. Then I had the manager verbal abuse me on the shop floor about the quality of service provided. DO NOT SHOP THERE. Edit. been back to the store under new management now. great service and very good work done on my pc.

Taken my old desktop for repairs, and recently my mum's laptop twice. First for a replacement DC socket. Second for hat I thought was the same issue. Turned out that the plastic part that the socket sat in had shattered (due to user mishandling). They built a replacement part, installed it and only charged me £25 for the labour costs. Excellent service, they know what they're doing and they're very friendly too.

Went in for a screw extraction from my laptop. Extremely helpful and friendly members. They didn't even charge me for it although it took some of their time. Highly recommended for PC and console diagnostics in Beford town area.

When my computer crashed using a new CNC machine Fix My PC came up trumps. Not only did they check the machine over to remove some viruses, they installed new drivers to enable me to use the machine again without crashing the computer once more. They went the extra mile. My dealings with them have been excellent over quite a number of years.

These people are great. They have fixed several of my computers belonging to me and my family. They are honest and reliable and always willing to help. Even when I am being thick LOL. Tom sorted something for me this morning that was blocking programmes. They didn't even charge me. I would highly recommend this company. Do not take your pc any where else!!!
