Absolutely first class service for my online order. They have additional precautions in place for Covid: you select a 15 minute collection window, you arrive and are greeted by someone who checks you in. As soon as a customer comes out you’re immediately brought in - no delay. Staff are really friendly. They made sure my purchase was compatible with my iPhone - it wasn’t and I needed an accessory but thankfully he checked as otherwise I’d never have known and I wouldn’t have been amused had I got home. Never once a poor experience in this store - always 5*

I had a very pleasant appointment, I was helped by 2 guys I’m not sure of their name and the service couldn’t have been better. I had a problem with my phone screen and the phone was 10 months old so I originally went to o2 for advice as I live quite far from apple, absolutely waste of time. I then decided just to go to apple they told me I am covered as I’m still within warranty so they’ll fix the phone in a couple hours however it was a fault within the phone and they gave me a brand new phone. Very pleased!

The service and care that was giving to our 76 year old father by Ricky has been nothing other than exceptional. My sister and I both live in Australia and wanted our dad to have an Apple Watch that would detect if he had fallen. Ricky truly went above and beyond to set him up with a watch and to pair this to his phone. This was not an easy process, as our dad is not the most tech savvy person, but Ricky was patient and professional every step of the way. We can’t thank you enough Ricky.

Just called to the Apple Store in Victoria Square Belfast as my iPhone and my iWatch both had a problem caused by me. I spoke to Conor and within 5 minutes he had both working again. Conor’s service was exceptional along with his knowledge and although I know I was at fault for my phone and watch not working his empathy to my problem made me feel at ease. Well done young man. The absolute best customer service we have ever experienced. Myself and my partner travelled to this shop yesterday after speaking to really helpful and lovely Apple Customer Care staff on the phone. His iPhone 7 plus had gone dead and unfortunately was outside the 1 year warranty. We hoped they could attempt to fix it in this store. We had an appointment and met with an Apple Customer Service Assistant called Siobhan. Honestly we can't praise and thank her enough. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, so positive, knowlegable and efficient. She tested his phone and went through everything with us and then advised us that as the phone was indeed dead that Apple would replace it for him with a new one of the exact same colour, make, model and size. The absolute dream outcome as my partner loves his phone and you would hope it would last longer than 16 months especially as he is very careful with his things. We are so grateful and happy with how Siobhan helped us. Gorgeous store and wonderful staff. Any Apple products we purchase in the future we will buy from this store.

Been here many times over past 8 years. Used to be all-round terrible. But in recent years has got better. During my last visit for a repair, I was happy with the genius staff - very professional. However the regular service staff I found unhelpful, aloof and rude. The shop unit is too small, they ought to have a space at least twice as big. It’s often crammed and uncomfortable. There is lack of seating in genius area. I’ve been to apple stores in the U.S and other parts of Europe. And the Belfast one is the least preferable. I like apples products but this store gives me mixed feelings about it. Wish they’d fix the problems.

This review is based on an experience I had two years ago but only recently decided that I should share. I have given 5 stars, not due to exceptional service but because I was able to receive service in the Irish language without even requesting it. The member of staff saw that my phone was in Irish and was immediately enthusiastic about putting his language skills to use. I still think back to this experience as it isn't the norm in Belfast city centre, and the experience with out a doubt sparked a passion for the language in me! I'd love for the member of staff who served me that day to see this review and be aware of the good deed he did now that I'm older and wise enough to appreciate it! GRMA!

Has everything Apple. Packed with people buying, seeking advice and almost always noisy. But amidst the apparent mayhem and constant , the Staff are welcoming, helpful calm, but above all friendly and supportive. Great for all ages, especially for the more "mature" IT neophytes. An experience, especially if involved in a training session. My minor problem with new IPad was solved in 5 minutes, the rest of my session was a real eye-opener.

Best place to visit when you're flexing your android devices. Every year the atmosphere always seems to amaze me seeing how low in visitors the shop decreases every year, showing a slow decline of interest of Apple products within our country. Customer service is pretty useless unless you yourselves have already booked an appointment to fix your apple devices. Staff members are often unhelpful and resort to sending you off to someone else to answer and fix your queries in regards to the confusing Apple ecosystem.

I attended an appointment today and I was extremely impressed with their social distancing, and queuing system also all staff were masked and customers had to use sanitiser, got their temperature tested and were supplied with a mask! Well done Apple! Tesco and the other big retailers could learn a thing or two! Also got my “vintage” iPod working again! Great service all round!

This lovely girl at the genius bar named Gemma was very helpful yesterday!! My mum booked to speak about her laptop because it wasn’t turning on, and she took it apart trying to find the source of the problem. Turns out it is probably the motherboard that has died, and she then took it away for an in depth search, which we though would cost but turns out it was totally free! Then I myself had something wrong with my connection for my earphones for my iPhone 7, and I wanted to get a new connection. We proved it wasn’t my phone that was the problem first and she looked inside my phone and scanned over the connection itself and found no fault in either, but since it was proved it was the connection that had somehow made my right earphone not work and make my phone glitch, she gave me a free replacement connection!! - and it would usually cost £9!! Apart from that, she was wonderfully helpful and had great customer service skills! - as the rest of the staff do and usually what I always find in the Apple Store in Belfast. They are always looking out for customers incase they need help with something. Wonderful people! Highly recommended paying a visit to the store :))

I have over the past week had to visit the Apple Store Belfast on 3 occasions in order to get help from the staff. Every time all the staff have been excellent from the 'greeters' to the advisors. I want to mention particularly Connor Gough who showed tremendous patience and consideration beyond the call of duty. He explained everything in a clear and 'understandable' way for me. He was polite and easy to talk to. I commend him for his efforts and technical knowledge, as he was able to answer every question I posed, and there were lots of them.

Went in on bank holiday Monday. Intent was to get info on i phones and mac laptops as I am thinking about buying both. Not a technical person, so was out my comfort zone walking in. Had a browse about but needed someone to explain everything and give me some advice. A lovely gentleman called Vivian Katua helped me in every way possible. We spoke for about half an hour and he explained everything I needed to know about all the phones, laptops, found out what I needed them for (uni & graphic design) and really found the perfect pieces for me. He explained everything out to me and was EXTREMELY helpful. I felt at ease with him and bombarded him with questions but he was able to explain all answers to me clearly, professionally and comfortably. I will definitely buy the products he recommended me to, and when I do I will ask for him specifically to go through the whole process with me as he was absolutely fantastic and very welcoming. Specifically regarding Genius bar appointments, it is a terrible system. Firstly you arrive at your designated appointment time, but you are not seen to for at least 20 minutes. You are sort of thrown around the room, either to stop you from leaving or a 'pipeline' mode of queuing. It really doesn't work and makes the appointment times useless. The staff are lovely and I understand the constraints they have with customers who have bigger issues, but then when booking online, their issue should allow more time, rather than a set amount of time per issue, no matter how big a problem it is (e.g. battery not charging vs. macbook hard drive issue)

The Apple Store Victoria Square is rather a mixed bag. On the one hand it is nearly impossible to get an appointment and their repair policies are rather constrained and limited (in fact they don't even adhere to consumer law)! On the other hand the staff are very friendly and try to be as helpful as they can possibly be. Often they will try to rush a repair if they can.

This Apple Store in Belfast can be very, very busy at times, it is also quite small and I feel like it could be so much bigger. The Genius Bar upstairs can be crazy busy as well sometimes. I'd recommend going on a Friday evening when it may be less busy and you can get lots of time to get hands on experience with the latest Apple gadgets. Brilliant support from Marianne at the Apple Store. My mum was worried sick that she had accidentally broken her precious phone and booked an appointment with a Genius in the Belfast Apple Store. To begin, I love Apple and it's products but this store has proven on a majority of my visits, a disgrace to the good brand of Apple. Let me guide you through my experiences: 1.) I went in with an appointment booked as there was a problem with my iPhone's loudspeaker and I was directed upstairs where I met perhaps one of the worst employees I have encountered anywhere. I told him about the problem and he ran through his list of protocol questions, that was alright. Then he started acting strangely. He patronised me, acted as if I was trying to get a free replacement and generally treated me like I wasn't worthy of his presence. Eventually he disappeared with my phone and returned about 10 minutes later with it fixed with a disgusting smirk on his face. 2.) I was considering buying an iPad and was making use of the demo iPads in store. I was checking the volume and the performance of the apps etc when I was told extremely bluntly to 'Turn the volume off and be quite' as this 'helpful' employee was explaining the iPad beside me to someone else. That made me extremely angry and I left. 3.) I was in to purchase some new earphones and instead of taking the very first pack on the shelf I went a few back to make sure i didn't get one that was dropped previously. To much of the excitement of an employee who accused me of having OCD and laughing at my 'weird behaviour'. Needless to say however there are some amazing staff in there the only problem is avoiding the ones that aren't.

I think that Apple are fantastic company. If thought that anyone was looking for a new computer, phone, tablet device, watch or a TV set top box then I would tell them to go to Apple and buy what ever they are looking for from Apple and Apple know what it takes to give great products and a great service to their customers. I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch retina display early 2015 edition 120.12 GB 8GB RAM and it is the best laptop that I have ever had. I also have an iPhone 5c 5.24GB storage and runs on iOS 9.2.1 and it is a fantastic phone. I also have an iPad Air which also runs on iOS 9.2.1. The iPad is a fantastic revolutionary tablet device and always has been since its inception in 2011. I also have the marvellous Apple DVD Superdrive, magic mouse and Apple TV which is great with my TV. Long live Apple and it's greatness.
