Losing data can be a horrible experience and it’s hard to know who to turn to or indeed who to trust. Nico provided a professional, excellent quality and very time sensitive service. His communication throughout the process was excellent. I was told by the Apple Genius that all data was irretrievable but Nico was confident he could help. Unbelievably fast and professional service. I decided to recover data from my laptop at noon on a Saturday after finding that the place nearest me had changed their opening hours and no longer worked on Saturdays. I found Data Recovery Services via a search, was able to book an appointment online, and deliver the laptop within the hour. He had all data recovered from two liquid-damaged and corroded hard drives by that evening and I was able to collect on the Sunday. Not even 24 hours from delivering the laptop to collecting the recovered data. Very impressed and will definitely use this firm again!

I am a 3rd year chemistry student and have recently been working on a scientific paper for important laboratory research. Not only was this Word file important, it was almost 3000 words long, fully referenced and with complex chemical drawings - I must have spent 50+ hours on it thus far - before the file became corrupt on my pen drive. Just want to share my experience with nicos data recovery service. Team knowhow (how ironic) employed by currys/pc world to fix technical difficulties with mobile phones managed to delete precious photos and videosof my deceased son and when I brought it back to them they could not retrieve them and seemed far from concerned. I was so upset and distressed about losing such precious memories which were just irreplaceable. I phoned round several companies in the hope of getting them retrieved but was told there was nothing could be done to retrieve the data. I took my device to nico and he managed to retrieve my photos and videos. I was so relieved and delighted I honestly could have hugged him. He was so helpful and understanding and a very honest guy.
