Really excellent and friendly service from the team at PC Belfast. Wanted to build my first PC and bought all the parts from here. Good prices and had most to hand plus anything that needed to be ordered arrived within two days! Great service and I highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted with their service. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to thoroughly test my computer which had been giving intermittent faults. Parking is handy, 'round the corner, and its convenient for most of Belfast. I would recommend them, they are a proffessional outfit!

Very professional service. Slawek is very knowledgeable and patient. He takes time to explain everything in advance and makes sure that you are happy with everything before he proceeds. They were very fast, and were able to build a custom spec gaming PC within 3 days. Good communication, they were able to answer any emails promptly and satisfactorily. Thank you very much, you took all the stress out of having to obtain a custom gaming PC that meets my son's requirements. I would recommend to anyone with any PC issue, from a fault to requiring a fully custom built machine.

My son's gaming computer (6 years old - the PC, not the boy!) was struggling, so time to upgrade and have a machine purpose-built. I expected that with current GPU shortages we might have to wait for a week or two, but PC Belfast Computers had it ready for collection in just a few days and it runs like a dream. Quick turnaround with a pc re-build at Xmas, big thanks to Terry for keeping me up to date all the way through it.

Recently made use of the collection/delivery service from them for service. Had a problem with a new build and could not test all components, from messaging the website until completion was fantastic! Sorted my problem very quickly and did not push me to use their components for repair but as i was so in a hurry to get an unusable pc to get working advised me on the best thing in their inventory. And delivered the next morning along with the defective part for rma and tidied up my cables nicely. (in some ingenious ways haha.) Cant give this place enough praise, its always better to support local, and from now on ill go there for a visit before i buy online!

These guys are amazing- they literally saved my neck! I lost my job because of Covid 19 and have had a hard winter as a result. My PC failed the standards test for an opportunity that was time sensitive - In short, I called PC Belfast, listed the required spec, finance restrictions and time pressure- they were calm, professional and very helpful and fair - discussed my options clearly and then, best of all, they had an excellent PC delivered to my door within an hour!!! We bought a customised gaming PC from this shop recently and after a short while it started displaying error messages that we couldn't figure out how to fix. I contacted the shop and Slawek was extremely helpful, firstly giving advice over email and then when we could not rectify the problem ourselves he came to the house and took the PC away. He worked on it over the weekend to replace a part and delivered it back to us first thing Monday morning. I was really impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service shown and I will definitely be using PC Belfast Computer Shop and Services for any of my PC requirements in the future.
