Absolutely amazing work by Lee and his team. Had a waterlogged keyboard, which apple qouted me around £600 for. Lee Qouted me £105 and also found some other repairs which was needed. He fixed that for no additional cost too. Would definitely use again if needed and recommend to all. During the COVID19 Period too, picked up laptop from home and did an excellent job.

I had to get a replacement screen for my Macbook Pro on a very tight schedule. Paul and the rest of the team got it ordered and fixed with time to spare and i'm very grateful for their effort. Its always refreshing to find a good , reliable and honest company , especially when you know nothing about computers !! Highly recommended .

A small, friendly, local shop that actually know what they are doing. When my iMac was returned to me after the police arrested the man who stole it they did everything they could to help. The engineer, Lee even came out twice with his young son after school - personal, at home service is sadly lacking now-days but they bent over backwards to help. Their home service is exceptional; but you might have to meet the kids ( get some chocolate in for them ) Oh; they are always happy to talk you through problems on the phone. ‘just nice, clever people. ‘ sadly a rare service hidden away in the covered market off Erdington High Street. Had a major problem with my MacBook when upgrading to high sierra. When I switched it on after an automatic upgrade all I got was the dreaded flashing question mark. Apple support website failed to solve the problem of being unable to start up the computer. Took it to these guys who were absolutely brilliant. Paul was the person I saw who rang after an hour to tell me that it was not a failed drive or any other major problem and they could sort it. Went back same afternoon when he told me that the start up software had been corrupted, they had reloaded the upgrade and problem solved very quickly. Can’t speak highly enough. Service I got was first class

My iMac suffered virus, would not restart or shut down. Text edit could not display contents. Lee, very pleasant intelligent young man collected and returned my iMac, restored back to normality within few days. They also cleansed contacts on my Desk Top Pro laptop. Replaced external hard disc drive, to back up iMac. Delighted with this firm, recommend to all should you suffer problems with your Apple equipment. Thought price charged very reasonable. Can I say more ?

came here near enough the start of 2019, my laptop screen wouldnt come on and among many other issues, he sorted the problem in less than 48hrs also cleaned my macbook to perfection (looked and worked like new) highly reccomend them. im gonna be seeing them again in a couple of weeks for them to change my old hardrive over to my new one :D

I have had several repairs done by the Apple Mac repair centre who also repair any make and model of laptops and phones and tablets they have been very helpful each time and have made the repairs as affordable for me each time by searching for replacement parts which can take a little longer for the repair to done as one part did come from America but was worth the wait as it saved me money.
