Bad Apples has extensive knowledge when it comes to Apple Mac's more useful than Apple Support in my experience way more knowledgeable can answer most of your queries and provides a top and efficient service at a fair price. Recently Anthony upgraded the RAM + changed HDD to a SSD on a iMac 27" Retina machine for our Business and has provided a top level service. During the process I went to Apple as a first point of call but Apple made me aware that this was not possible and that I would have to purchase a new Mac, going-forward all Apple queries regarding Macs- Tablets - Phones I will be using Bad Apples for everything Apple. Fantastic service !!! Bad Apples was able repair to my 2013 27 inch IMac when Apple Genius Bar had said the only solution was a replacement IMac, as the system was too old, that they didn’t support imac repairs after 5 years as they could no longer source parts!!! Anthony Replaced the failed hard drive with a new SSD quickly and efficiently, very professional. My Mac is now so much faster, works like a dream…would highly recommend this company.
