I have known Jahan for 9 years and used his computer services both in a business and personal capacity. My computer browser became very slow, therefore creating a problem loading browser pages and even having issue loading browser pages and the screen freezing. This had been going on for about 3 months and could not see a solution in sight. I initially saw Birmingham Computer Care on Facebook and thought I would give them a call. It was around 7.30pm in the evening (thinking no one would answer) and low and behold, Jahan answered the call. I explained to him the issues I was having and asked him if he could help. I explained that I was working the next day and so could not speak with him then. Jahan arranged a time that was convenient for me that he was able to link into my computer and solve my problem with in minutes. He went on to ask me to check my computer to ensure that my issue had be resolved and I was happy I was so grateful because I had been to another computer outlet who said he wanted to charge me £40 to clear my computer memory and re-install everything.
