My computer died on me. Had for 12 years - an old friend. Diagnosis a failed mother board. So had hard drives moved to a refurbed machine, more ram and hard drive. Gary and Lisa perfect hosts and within 2 working days up and running again. By moving hard drives across lost nothing saved to them. Price for work and refurb machine excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone with this type of need. Stevep16

My partner came here to get my son his first gaming pc. The shop owner was so helpful and talked through all the details, even recommended for us to go down and look at the pc and try it out before we bought it. Everything was set up ready to go and they assured we could always go back if any issues,which so far there has been none. After taking some old hard drives out of my now defunct computer I had been waiting to take them in and get them downloaded. I called and spoke to Lisa during COVID who said they could assist when they were back open. Both Lisa and Gary have been absolute superstars, really helpful and professional throughout and great communication too! They went above and beyond to help me sort out what I needed, the downloading of all my photos and videos to an external hard drive and also in particular with sourcing and downloading music tracks (no easy feat these days) and burning them to a music CD for my wedding in 2 weeks and didn’t even charge me for them either! Their advice was priceless and customer service amazing and all of at such a reasonable price too! I would highly recommend anyone to go to them with anything technical that you need sorting out, it’s so good to know there’s a local business that you can trust with previous memories and who offer such a good and prompt service too! Thank you so much both for such excellent service !

Took my laptop in to have windows 10 installed as I kept getting an error message when I tried to download it myself. I left it with them and was able to collect it within 2 hours. Excellent service, helpful, friendly, courteous staff. I have already recommended this shop to 4 friends, and would definitely recommend it to everyone else.

Purchased a complete full set up pc and build for my son as a surprise Christmas gift through Gary and team at computer and phone centre. I had no idea what I required and what I was asking for just went in explained that I’d like it to play the games I’d heard him talk about with his friends but also not be extorted because of my lack of knowledge. The staff were completely understanding of my ignorance and talked me through everything I needed to know and what the various “bits” and “things” were for. Nothing was too much trouble, even made themselves available over the Christmas period (even Xmas day!) to answer any further questions I had or if assistance was needed to set up at home. Everyone who has seen the set up has said how fantastic it is. I Highly recommend Gary and team excellent service and value for money. Will definitely be returning for upgrades and the other “bits” and “things” in the future *****

Went in there with a friend who's phone had gone haywire. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful. Very informative stating that it would be a waste of money to try and fix the problem. Which I found very honest. Some other shops may have tried to encourage you to have it done. Even though it may have not fixed the problem. Sell cases and other extras for your phone. It is only a small shop but extremely efficient and very friendly and helpful. The only one very small qualm would be I'm disabled and found it quite hard to get up the step into the shop.

Staff are lovely and I couldn’t be happier. Had my phone screen replaced. When I took my phone to apple to get the battery changed and they broke the finger print recognition. I was told it couldn’t be fixed. However, when I got the screen replaced by these guys it came back with the finger print fixed. Couldn’t have asked for more. They did a wonderful and fast job! Would highly recommend!

This is a fantastic shop, not only does it have reconditioned stuff at good prices, they also do repairs at very reasonable cost. I had a replacement screen and battery fitted to my iPhone 5 for £50 and it's like a new phone again. If this guy can't repair it ,the chances are it hasn't been invented yet! I recomend it to you without hesitation

Went to a well known computer outlet. Wasn't helpful so rang the shop and had window 10 update and they even transfer my photos which I had on a hard drive... And saved a few hundred pounds. Thanks guys
