I cant recommend Dr Jerry highly enough! Absolutely brilliant service! Ive been reluctant to buy a new laptop to replace my much-loved 6+ year-old one that has served me so well until recently. Dr Jerry replaced the battery and upgraded to a new solid state drive. It's working better than it did brand new, is super fast, and I am happy beyond words! I use my laptop every day for work, and he replaced the hard drive and returned it to me with all my files, folders, apps etc exactly where they were before. Thank you so much! You will be my first stop any time I have laptop or computer issues from now on!

- This man is so professional. He came to my house in a timely manner not only did he change my hard drive to an SSD version. - He replicated the data from the hard drive onto the new SSD hardware for me as a bonus, which meant no reloading and tiresome amounts of time building my computer back. - This man's attention to detail is exceptional and he was patient in loading my information which took several hours. Awesome. 👌He is a genius 👏 gone is the irritating whirring sound of the old hard drive and the speed of my SSD drive is phenomenal thank-you so much and I will use him again when needed, that I know. I'm so fortunate in finding Jerry with the added bonus I did not have to reinstall anything. Oh and for the extra work he put in i.e. waiting patiently for it too load(all day) and checking the system for system errors too. BRILLIANT! I cannot thank Dr. Jerry enough, nor shower him with adequate praise. He fixed my laptop within four hours, took off numerous viruses, sorted the sound problem and updated it! All for a very modest fee. Highly recommended!

After accidently turning my computer off at the wall when it was shutting down I was stuck in a never ending auto repair loop. I tried all the recovery steps but it got even worse and I thought I had lost everything. Using google, I found Dr Jerry's website on Monday and chatted to him on his website chat service about my problem. He instantly knew what the issue was and he said he could fix it and how much it would cost. I also mentioned I had a new SSD drive to which he said he could also install for me for no extra cost. Jerry asked when would be convenient to come over to pick it up and we agreed the next day at 3pm and he was bang on time which was most efficient. After a quick chat he took it away and 2 days later he dropped my computer back to me bang on time again. My new SSD is all installed and my old hard drive as a backup with all my files that I thought I had lost. My computer is running smoother than ever. I would highly recommend Jerry. He knows his stuff about computers and is a nice, reliable and professional chap. I will be calling Jerry again if I need anything sorting in the future. Thanks again Jerry! Rob

Dr Jerry is fast, reliable, honest and goes the extra mile. I'll definitely be recommending. As it is with a lot of people I need my laptop for work. So the fan making a loud whirring noise the day before the Easter Bank Holiday was a big concern. I live chatted with Dr Jerry who said he could look at it the next day. He confirmed the fan needed replacing but because of the bank holiday, it was likely to take a week to arrive. However, he was able to source another one and fit it with no extra cost. I'm sure it now runs quieter than it did before. Overall from drop off to pick up was less than 48hrs (on a bank holiday). Thank you again.

Dr Jerry is the best I know when it comes to resolving problems on your laptop. I desperately needed to upgrade my MacBook Pro 2012 operating system. As well as memory and hard drive. Although I did not anticipate collecting my laptop in approximately 24 hours, it was ready to collect in a few hours. Laptop feels like new and I am now able to add all the latest software I am use to. Top bloke Dr Jerry you now have a loyal customer.

had to call jerry as our hard drive decided to go on holiday with out telling anyone , we thought we had lost the lot, jerry was here the next morning he took the offending tower , saved all of our data and i mean everything, he replaced the vacationing hard drive and uploaded all the files and made a 64gig reboot stick for us all with in 24 hours very fast efficient service thanks again jerry definitely use again
