Ordered a HP laptop from these guys as I wanted to get a gift for my dad, they really went out of their way to make sure it was fully operational with zero issues, gave it a good clean/refurbish, with Win 10 and SSD drive. Took them about 3 days as they had a lot of other orders to process, I didn't mind at all as long as I got what I paid for and happy with my purchase. Absolutely amazing experience, cannot fault anything with them! Reasonably priced, they even threw in a free mouse and keyboard. Looking to buy an iPad for my mom from them in the next week or so, will definitely use them again.
