I have been using them for good few years. Very professional, friendly and trustworthy. Obviously, you have all your personal data onto your PC. They take care your Privacy very well. Price is very competitive compared the quality of service. Recently I had issue with my work PC. They have fixed it very quickly and the price was really good. The PC works superv. Very professional, had an issue with my laptop because the charger port had stopped working. The issue was looked into and parts were ordered and the laptop was fixed and returned back very quickly. I recently went to iTZone for a Laptop for remote working. I originally picked up a HP Laptop from iTZone at a brilliant price but was unhappy with the battery life. My experience with IT Zone has been entirely positive. This is in contrast with my experience with other local and national stores where I’ve encountered poor service, staff who don’t take the time to explain and are unreliable. Shahzad and Mr Jamil at IT Zone are very helpful, very friendly, very professional and very experienced. I have not heard of anyone who has had a negative experience. I’ve bought laptops from them for friends and family as their laptops are very price-competitive with specifications that are higher and bespoke. Extremely professional staff here. Had an issue with the wife's laptop and she is very fussy, laptop dropped off and collected with minimal fuss and she had nothing to complain about. In fact, I even saw her inspecting the casing - she couldn't believe it was fixed with no bash marks or scratches. There was no upselling, no hard sales techniques just a simple price scale with a list of options. None of this "it's too far gone, discard it and buy one of ours for £xxx". Built a computer for me exactly to the spec that i needed. The work was conpleted quickly and to a very reasonable price. The communication was great. This is the second computer they have built for me and are the only computer shop i will use. I also used them when one of my external hard drives had completely corrupted with the posibility of me losing years worth of pictures.
