You know with a shop so clean, they clearly care about what they're doing - and the vintage Apple kit in the window is amazing! Had my iPhone X battery replaced by these folks and was genuinely impressed with the 1 hour turnaround time - Apple quoted several working days. I had another really awesome experience with Mac Repair. THe company is my go to place whenever I have any issues (never use the Apple storte anymore)! I took my 4+ year old MacBook Pro in here while on business in Birmingham as the battery was running down in less than 2 hours. The guys at Mac Repair Birmingham had a battery in stock and was able to change it while I waited, no waiting around like the Apple store. Truly 1st class.

I decided to come here as I did not want to go to someones house with a bedroom opporation repair service like many on line. After discovering the good reviews here on Google I headed over to Mac Repair. I was not disappointed. The techs here are knowledgeable and very helpful. Will fixed my MacBook pro the same day couldn't ask for better customer service, and will return for any future issues.

Apple told me it would be 4 weeks to fix my laptop, mac repair fixed it over night. Great service, have recommended it to friends.

Fixed my macbook pro over the weekend and now its like new. My toddler knocked a small glass of water over my keyboard and the mac would not boot. Turned out the keyboard needed to be replaced and the guys were just great.

From my initial phone call to Anthony earlier yesterday, to meeting him later in the day together with my much loved, but "dead" G5 Mac, I found him to be most helpful. Whist carrying out various tests on my computer, he also took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and why he was carrying out each test. Unfortunately, in my case, after around 30mins, the final diagnosis was that the Motherboard had failed. He explained that it wouldn't be economically viable for me to have the Motherboard repaired/replaced, and that it would be much cheaper for me to buy another working G5 off eBay or elsewhere on the 'net, after which I would still have my original G5 (of reasonably hi-spec) to either use parts to upgrade the replacement, or to simply keep for spares. Anthony also gave me a few hints, tips and workarounds which I was previously unaware of, and which may prove useful in the future. The final bill for all this? Nothing! He only charges when he is successful with the repair. He is obviously a true professional with a strong belief in Customer Care. I am recommending him to all my Mac-user friends, and of course, to YOU. Oh, something else worth mentioning. Parking outside or very close to his premises is dead easy, with no yellow lines or parking restrictions! One other thing. he's at number 15 (house number's not mentioned on his website)

This place is a grea tfind and am really happy with Will for fixing my MacBook pro. Silly me! I knocked a glass of wine over my keyboard and the MacBook just went dead! I left it a couple of days to see if it would come back on but it did'nt. Called Mac Repair and I was able to be seen the same day and I was told that my MacBook should be able to be fixed. It took only 24 hours and my computer wa fixed like new and back without any data loss. I will always use these guy from now on.

Great service by Anthony, he was very quick to diagnose the problem with my Mac and clear in explaining things. It was obvious he has a lot of experience and knew exactly what he was doing, as well as being very generous in his costs. I would highly recommend him and I would definitely come straight to Anthony if I have any future problems!
