I checked out this company because I had a computer problem with my PC. It would not start up I was afraid I would have to buy a new one. I did have it for 3 years now, called PC Guru on my phone and booked an appointment. The IT technician was very helpful and said we will get this fixed and can take UP TO 3 working days which I was fine with. I have to say they have done a great job in fixing the PC. Best computer repair company in Birmingham hands down.

Had a problem with my laptop hard drive failing. PC Guru helped me with diagnostics and repairs. They were quick and professional, and did my laptop repair ahead of schedule. I was also given continuous updates while laptop repair was taking place with pictures! Highly recommended for trustworthy computer and laptop repair services.

Made the mistake of trying to clean my PC and moved the Heat Sync which broke the thermal paste seal. Was able to pick up some new paste straight away from Pc Repair along with some helpful tips on how to clean off the old paste. Would defiantly recommend & will use again.
