Another wonderful delivery and service. Needed a replacement fridge as ours stopped working over the weekend. Phoned first thing Monday morning and a new fridge delivered and installed by 3pm plus the old one taken away. Would really recommend. A good personal service and it's local too.

The staff here know their stock inside out and have helped me to select the right product for my requirements on every occasion. The delivery and installation service is excellent, carried out by highly skilled and efficient personnel and often on the day of purchase. I've recommended this business to a couple of people who have also been very happy with the service and have now become repeat customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for household appliances. We have dealt with them for over 20 years for audio, vacuums and white goods for ourselves and our flats. Always helpful. Excellent service and good value overall. Occasional warranty problems cleared up promptly. A number of repairs rather than automatic replacements have saved us money.

Have meant to pop in for years and so when we needed a new tumble drier urgently I went in on Saturday and had one installed before lunch on Monday. They took the old one away for a tenner (cheaper than John Lewis I think) and took the time to explain all the features of the new one. It was just so refreshing to be dealing with real people and to be able to discuss options before buying.
