It's been a year since I came to live in Birmingham. I am a web developer and during the last months I have been looking for a powerful equipment and at the best price. After reviewing thousands of offers I found this store where I bought a Dell Optilex i7 computer with 2gb Nvidia Geoforce graphics plus two 24-inch Dell monitors, a super workhorse for about £ 300. I'm really super happy with the purchase, the quality and the condition of the equipment as it looks like new! And best of all, I forgot about second-hand purchases from strangers since I bought it in their store in the center of Birmingham, next to the Jewlery Quarter. I had a simple issue with my laptop I knew wouldn't take long to fix but couldn't find anywhere else that could get it back to me in good time. The service here was amazing, I called up and within an hour, my laptop was back up and running! Quick and friednly service!

Great company! Words can’t explain how much Paul the tech did for me. His warm welcome and his 30+ years off experience eliminated my issues with my laptop, he also gave me a free keyboard to attach to my laptop due to my university work being due in the next few days. He took all my problems upon himself and I couldn’t thank him enough he refused any payments on the keyboard and advised me the right thing. I will be his regular customer from now on. Excellent Service! I took my broken laptop to the TheITbusiness to have my work files recovered and transferred to an external device. The memory of data was very large but Paul worked late to get the job done same day. Paul even went out his way to source an external hard drive big enough for the files.
