Tricorn PC is my go-to Tech shop of the past decade now. I live miles away but anytime I need anything fixed I don't mind driving in traffic for an hour just so I can get my devices repaired at Tricorn PC! The chap here is the most genuine, honest businessman I have come across. If it's a £5 fix, he will charge you that. If it's £50, he will charge you that. He doesn't try to swindle you out of your money (something I have seen other Tech shops do in the past). My most recent malfunction comprised of a very small transistor that had gone bad - something we needed to source from China! The fact the technician was able to delve into what was wrong (past the initial dust-removal cleaning) was truly impressive. I left my Laptop with Tricorn PC for a couple months (due to the time it took for the transistor to be shipped from China) and received my item in-tact, well cared for and most importantly - WORKING AGAIN! Thank you so much, please keep giving the great service you always have given!

My laptop was over-heating and then cutting out. I was advised to bring it in and was asked if it had ever been serviced - I had no idea laptops needed servicing!! They replaced the thermal plaster (??!) and serviced it, all for £35! Excelkent

Absolutely GREAT place! I've had x2 laptops and x1 phone fixed here and I've NEVER had to go back because of issues. The prices are slightly higher than the cheapest, but you pay for what you get! Keep it up gents.

When I broke the glass screen cover on my mac book pro, I was rather taken aback by the price Apple were asking for repairs. After I quick google, I found Bad Apples were near to my workplace-The repair was completed the same day I dropped it off, and for a fraction of the cost of Apple themselves. Very happy customer.

Excellent service!!! Tricorn was quick in upgrading my laptop in 24 hours. Discussed with me any part replacement before any work was done. I also needed a laptop battery replaced. Even though he didn't carry the part himself, he did an online search for me and found an original dell battery at a great price. I greatly appreciated saving the time of doing my own research. I look forward to have Tricorn care for our family PC's in the future.

Great and fast service. I got a really bad viruse on my PC, my laptop was fully dead, but after a couple of days it was professionally restored, good as new. Definitely when I have any problem with my PC or any kind of console I will come back again. In my opinion the most professionally working staff in Birmingham.

Very good services, they can solve any problem with your computer. Regarding viruses they cement your computer, they format the hard disk and they put comondo antivirus (I know other computer shops that they claim that they have cleaned your computer but they haven't), all in all I am very satisfied, prices are excellent and the staff very friendly. Omid will help you and can explain everything you need to know as he did with me. Mobile phone virus cleaning services available too.

My iPad 3 screen was broken and I took it to apple , and apple wanted £180 but i saw tricorn pc and i took it to them , and they fixed it for £90 and gave it back as good as new all in just one hour!, I'm over the moon. they were very nice and have people who work professionally in phones and tablets so i was glad it was in good hands! thanks sooo much!
