Have used this place for several devices over the last few years and would not hesitate to recommend them. Craig is always friendly, helpful and knowledgable and does excellent work for a very reasonable price. He has let me know when doing something I requested could make things worse (thereby denying himself business) and has even sorted out a minor problem without charging me. Couldn't fault them and will continue to use the shop whenever I need.

I went to Vaughan Computers today for a battery replacement. It was done within 2 hours, the service was excellent! Better than I expected. I called before i took my laptop into the shop, i was giving a fantastic quotation which was cheaper than others i had been quoted and the customer service was brilliant! Guess what they fixed it and the cost was so low I also bought new keyboard and gaming mouse. They sell new and upcycled pc and lap tops. I recommend them to everyone I know

Took my Laptop to Currys PC World as after a windows update it started to run slowly and then caught in a reset loop. They said it couldn't be fixed but can save my data for £95 and It could take a week. I'm not stupid, so then took it to Vaughan Computers and for £50 they fixed everything. Laptop is running silky smooth, all my data is fine and it was all sorted in a few hours. Big thanks to Craig. Fantastic service and fast too, well worth the £50. Will definetly use these again in the future.

My son's gaming pc wasnt working so decided to bring it here. Expected it to cost over £100 to repair especially as it took a few days to fix the fault , the final cost was less than half of that and £10 of that was a diagnostic fee. Definitely will be using this place again .
