L. S.Richard provided the most fantastic, efficient and cost effective service I could have imagined. My Mac had trouble booting and after Apple reinstalled a new system, they were unable to recover or transfer my precious data (which I hadn’t backed up)! I discovered Apple Core Support online and have been blown away by Richard’s amazing service. My laptop and data are my lifeblood, so I was very stressed, but Richard was extremely reassuring and clearly explained what he thought the problem might be. He was able to quickly recover and save all my data, gave fantastic advice on the best replacement hard drive, installed a brand new one and cleaned up my entire laptop, inside and out. It came back to me looking and feeling brand new, much faster and all my data and apps were back in their rightful place. For future Mac support, I will now skip over the Apple store and come straight to Apple Core Support. Richard, thank you so much - you have a forever loyal customer in myself and my family.
