Super helpful and friendly team! Very professional and you can tell they care, even going so far as picking out replacement parts that complimented and matched the rest of my PC. My issue was as simple as a faulty power supply but I have no knowledge when it comes to how computers are put together so I called many companies before I (thankfully) spoke to Bits.. these guys were a breath of fresh air after I spent 2 days being patronised by other repair technicians for not knowing how to build a PC - couldn't recommend them enough!

My MacBook Pro would not boot up and was displaying a file icon with a flashing question mark so I needed to get it fixed. I had used BITS before and was happy with the result then . I phoned them and immediately felt reassured that they understood and had solutions for the problem. I can't recommend Bits highly enough for their professionism and honesty. I had an issue with a broken charger port from dropping laptop on floor (I'm fortunate more damage wasn't caused). I was informed it was unlikely that it could be fixed without the part, but they managed to without for a much cheaper price. They could have easily charged more and I would have been none the wiser. I'm very accident-prone, so you can imagine how frustrated I was when I spilled cold coffee on my Macbook Air. After a small panic, I remembered that my housemate had gone to Bits to fix her laptop and they were amazing. I would 100% agree that she was right. I handed in my laptop, the staff were very understanding and explained everything to me. They did a really good job of calming me down and assuring me they would do the best they could. They didn't give me false hope, which I really appreciated. After a few days, I went to pick up my laptop and now it works faster than it did before. I even traded in my old laptop (which I had lying around and didn't know what to do with it) and they offered me some money for it, which as a student was really helpful to drop down the already agreeable service costs. Losing your data is a very stressful experience but I was greeted in a calm and reassuring manner (by Adam). Not only did he immediately supply remote support and sort the problem but the price I was charged was incredible compared to data recovery companies I had approached, none of whom even considered offering me a remote solution. Really nice employees. They spent a good bit of time giving me advice on how to fix my issues and an Apple service number that is free. Wow! You will not believe how good these guys are! I took my 2011 MacBook Pro in for repair after speaking with BITS on the phone. They said it would be faster following the repair, they understated just how fast it would be. It wasn't this good when it was new. The service, from email start to paying the bill finish, was amazing. They got everything done in a couple of hours because I was in a rush to get my MacBook back. If you need a computer or a phone fixing - Don't shop around. Go to BITS. Changing the hard drive, cleaning inside and out, putting the old hard drive in a caddy so I can still use as an external drive and replacing the little feet on the bottom. Thanks guys, brilliant service.

I have just used BITS for the first time and i found the service was exceptionally good. I will certainly go back to them when I next have an IT problem. The team were very helpful and the customer communications was just right....they told me roughly how long the job would take and kept me informed on the progress. Just wonderful! Got a call just 24hrs after I dropped my laptop in to say it'd been fixed and they even fixed my missing key for me free of charge and delivered it back to me on the next working day (and much cleaner than when I left it with them, I'm sure!). Decent service and did take a while but exceptional job on cleaning both MSI laptops to almost new. Still waiting on the receipt on my laptop screen as it was replaced. Also waiting on my friends receipt as both where never sent. Have sent emails and they did say there where going to send but it never came through which is a bit strange....

I'm writing this review on my lap top which I thought was dead and now after their service it is working perfectly- what more can I say!!!! Actually, it is a lot better than it was before! I had given up on my lap top and was ready to buy a new one. So using their company has saved me the cost. Their service was everything they promised and more. Computer meltdown is the best way to describe matters. Closely followed by a human meltdown ... mine. Problems with Office, Outlook and lost data ... all caused from a remote access session by a Microsoft Agent. Work emails all gone and nothing processing. Cue BITS. The cool collected Kieran processed well my panicked ramble. Reassuring words were spoken. 48 Hours later I collected my laptop all working! Outlook working, Data recovered, emails restored, a discovered Malware removed, Office doing what it should and a check over and a clean. BITS are well priced and the service is fantastic. The team are super friendly and personable and they are professional and knowledgeable and really care that you leave a satisfied customer. I rarely leave feedback for companies - these guys are worth doing so for. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10.

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Christopher from BITS. I had a poorly MacBook Air which wasn’t even 2 years old & had been diagnosed with a broken/faulty Logic board & Apple had come back with an extortionate price to fix it. After speaking to Christopher he told me about a bit of legislation & after calling Apple back they agreed to fix for free! So nice to come across a company who are so genuine & not out to just make money but care more about their customers. I’ll hopefully not be back to actually try out the services but if anything else goes wrong they’ll be my first port of call & I’ll be recommending to everyone purely from a customer service point of view. Overall good service, I'm very happy, my laptop was repaired with a new screen fitted quickly and at the price quoted. The reason for only scoring 4 stars is that they were not proactive on communications, I had to contact them to obtain the diagnosis and then had to phone to check it was ready to collect.

Really pleased I found these guys. They diagnosed my issue over the phone (which concurred with other opinions too), and I had a two-day turnaround for a Windows 7 re-install with a new hard-drive - and it's not getting even remotely hot, even when it's running all day. No more crashes or blue screens - just a fast and smooth operation. I've had my Sony Vaio laptop back for two weeks now, and it's works just great. This company was recommended to me when my very old lap top malfunctioned. The service was superb explained everything that was wrong in language I could under stand and was able to fix it within 48 hours amazing.
