I had bought a MSI Apache gaming laptop from them and got the insurance for £11 a month, I spilled something on my keyboard and they replaced the entire keyboard, one time I had like 5-6 different problems with it, they replaced motherboard, screen and keyboard they basically gave me almost a new laptop, after 6 years, I am very happy with how serious they are and I would recommend them and especially their insurance to anyone

Empty. 5 staff just standing talking. Totally ignored customers. Had to actually go up to them and said "excuse me, but could I have some assistance please!" Much to there displeasure, one lady came and helped me. Then tried to sell me something I hadn't asked or wanted. I just said "no thanks ". Paid and left store. It had taken me 3 buses to get to the nearest shop and then to find this kind of service, I wasn't best pleased!

I tried to find a specific model of a Lenovo tablet that was in stock in any store that was local but none were found online. The contact number for my local Currys store is just an automated voice. You cannot check store stock or order anything. It must be ordered 'click and collect' online. Easy enough provided you dont need an item in a hurry. Ordered Friday collected Monday.

Had to wait a little while to have help from staff, but at these times a lot of stores are struggling with staff shortages due to Covid so this was to be expected. The staff member that helped me was great, answered all my questions and I managed to purchase what I was looking for. They offer delivery and click and collect, as well as some items in stock in store. You can check availability online as well. Lots of parking available, it's a big store with lots of different types of stock.

Had a brilliant experience here. Kim was very helpful with helping me get what I needed (a pc monitor and some cables). She knew where everything was and put it aside for me so I didn't have to carry it around the store. Also very knowledgeable about what they had in stock Social distancing rules were properly adhered to- felt very safe. At the door they ask why you're there and then either ask you to queue to wait for the tech repair team or brought into browse. There was no line - had very quick service.

Large spacious shopping space with a good range of computer, phone, sound, TV and household items for sale. Shop labelling is hit and miss making comparisons harder than they should be - manufacturers are also to blame. You will be asked multiple times "do you need any help?" which may please some, annoy others. Many come here then buy off the internet - but prices are close if not matching online prices. May as well buy here and take it home immediately rather than wait in for a delivery several days later to save £5.

Very pleased managed to check out a variety of cookers that would fulfill our needs and whilst we were there I took the opportunity to peruse their televisions and other electrical items. Great service when I went in store to purchase a screen protector and spend a gift card. The sales assistant in Carphone Warehouse was very helpful and brought out a screen protector from the back, for my new phone which had only just come out. Also purchased a portable charger in Currys PC World and that was very swift. Only thing I would say for knocking a star off, was because I had to queue outside for a while before being allowed in. Which I understand we have to do because of Covid but they were only allowing about 10 customers to be in such a big store at any one time. Therefore if you are planning a visit here, allow extra time to queue even if you're only going to browse.

Well the service... Order online and get it delivered is the better option. You ho there and you are still stopped in front of the building. You need to explain what you want to look at and then you need to listen to them explaining you to not wander around. Well but they have some good stuff... I came there because my brand new laptop broke down after a month. Of course I was very upset and wanted to replace it. At the branch I was initially offered to send it to a lab which I refused because I am a student and has to have a computer, and after a very quick chat to the store's manager and he agreed almost immediately! I was thrilled, and because my laptop was out of stock, they offered me any other laptop for the price it cost me from their stock. Even at the end my student discount code did not work and the manager fixed it. Have to say I was upset because of the laptop, but the customer service I got was brilliant and made my day with a brand new laptop :)

I bought a few things in here my wife few years ago but her phone from here in the Carphone Warehouse department the man servant us was very polite and pleasant and he also gave the kids one of the old dummy phones so they had something to go home with. The other day I went in for some advice on a Google assistant Google home full stop the man that served me was very pleasant and polite he was helpful he said that he didn't have one himself but would like one and gave me all the facts about Google home and Alexa. Again they were very patient with my kids even though they run around at times .

They sell awesome stuff; from TV screens and laptops to freezers and washing machines, some of them in a reasonable price. That said, I wouldn't go there if there is a problem with your laptop; they act like they know what they're doing but clearly they do not, and the staff there look like they're stoned or hungover. If they had a female busty staff member with vast knowledge in tech stuff, I would visit there all the time. However, and until that ever happens, I recommended Rapid PCs

He reassured me with his knowledge of gaming laptops, as well as put my mind at ease that he wasn't just trying to sell to me for a commission (apparently they dont get it now) He pointed out the pros and cons to the laptop and was able to answer any of my questions with ease. Brought a new tv and paid extra to be fitted to the wall. Got a text to say it will be delivered between 2 & 6pm doorbell rang at 9am and 2 guys with a tv. I said you were ment to be here this afternoon? They said that will be the fitters we are just the delivery guys. Well 8pm came and no fitters. Went to shop next day only to find out that the sales person booked a delivery but not the fitting. So make sure you ask that they have booked both. Next available slot a week later, not much fun. So got a refund of the delivery and fitting charge. Tv is fantastic, would of had 5* if the sales staff were better trained 🤔
