Great service, called them up to see if they had the parts required to fox my phone. They called me back to verify when they would have the stock in. Popped in and when they checked my phone told me it was a £5 repair not the £120 I'd anticipated. Great honesty & customer service.

From the moment we called Andrzej we knew our phone (3 month old iPhone 13 Pro Max) was in good hands. He answered the call and ordered the part on Saturday evening, took the phone in Sunday afternoon and replaced the broken glass back. A job that requires a laser and other specialist equipment due to the adhesive used in the manufacturing process. They called us first thing on Monday morning to let us know the phone was ready to be collected at our convenience (the new glue has to cure overnight). All this for less than one fifth of the cost Apple would have extracted from us! If anything else electronic breaks or gets broken we know who we are going to call first!

I took my Microsoft Surface Book to Andrzej for replacement batteries which had swollen in the touch screen. Its a particularly difficult job as you can easily break the screen while trying to remove it. Andrzej did a fantastic job fixing it, and saved me going to Microsoft where it would have cost a small fortune. He is a thoroughly knowledgable and friendly chap who I can happily recommend.

The back of my phone has been cracked for a while. I decided to get it fixed and after some research and previous good reviews I took my phone the phone rescue. The service was second to none. The gentleman in the shop was very friendly and helpful. I knew my phone would be in good hands. My phone was fixed in 2 hours. Excellent, fast service. Great attitude to make your old gadget work as good as new at a fraction of the cost of buying new. So far have managed to keep my iphone 6 and have a super fast very old laptop.

To earn 5 stars with me - you have to provide an outstanding service - and they did! My old iPhone works like new and with their funky case looks like new. Andre knows what he is talking about. Very welcoming shop. I will be back for sure.

This shop is a life saver to me as I’m really clumsy and break my phone screens a lot somehow. So I take it to phones rescue. Not just because they are local. Because they are really good at what they do. The man fixes everything well and they offer a fast service so I don’t usually wait long and the lady is so friendly her customer service is on point. And they are not over priced like some shops. Defo recommend people to bring your gadgets here
