M. H.I was having an ongoing issue with Windows Update and was at my literal wits end. Rang up and spoke to Pete and arranged a Remote Consultation the very next day. He is a very affable and knowledgeable guy, and was very good at explaining what he was doing in laymens terms so I could understand. He showed tremendous perseverance in getting my issue sorted which I really appreciated. Left my PC working faster, more secure and left me very reassured that I shouldn't have any problems going forward.
First class service and very reasonable pricing.
