Worked with Tim and his company for a week helping out and it was amazing working with him and his colleague. Watching the amount of effort he applies to customers problems trying so hard to resolve there problem. The attention to detail he gives to things, even things inside laptops that the customer would never see he cleans it and makes it all good looking putting pride into his work and the quality to workmanship. Would always recommend anyone to Tim at T-Tech to do anything related to computers. Would give 6 star if i could.

Probably the best customer experience I have ever had. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. His customer care and attention to detail was exemplary. My boyfriend and I had a problem with his computer where my salt lamp spilt salt water inside the computer, corroding parts of the motherboard and other bits of computer wear. Tim has brilliant, high end pieces of equipment that he uses to fix many computer issues, especially ours. He kept us up to date with how it was going so we didn’t feel forgotten and when it came to picking up the computer, we were so thankful and so appreciative of his work, we did give him a tip, because honestly, the whole experience thanks to Tim, was amazing. Thank you Tim for all your help. You were awesome! I have and will continue to recommend you to anyone that needs any technical help.

My partner had new screens fitted on his iPod and tablet, very pleased with the service. My son had his phone screen replaced and again they were really helpful and provided a good service.

Brilliant service. Took my MacBook in to Tim on a recommendation. Much clearer explanation than the "geniuses" at apple with a full diagnostic check and quotes upfront of what the work may cost. Tim got back to me a few days later with a full rundown of what was wrong and how much it would cost / time. I got everything back a few weeks later and it's running better than ever! Can't fault the service as a whole. Highly recommended!!!

I brought my broken pc (it had salt water damage) into tim and it was the best experiences i have had in terms of customer service , and learning new things about how my pc worked and how i can better look after it. And credit to him he managed to get a otherwise dead pc back up and running and running better than it was before. Tim actually takes the time needed to analyse the problem and work out a solution that is the most cost effect for the customer but he carries out the work to the absoulte minute detail , he even cleaned my pc and put it back together so it is as tidy as it can be. I couldnt fault one bit of my experience with tim , and i doo not understand some of the reviews saying he is rude and overpriced , he is one of the most good natured people i have met and he genuinly wants to help fix the problem at hand , working past closing time and going the extra mile to make sure i was happy. Honestly if you need anything tech related fixed then Tim is the guy and its not just PC'S he fixes , phones , consoles he really knows his stuff and couldnt be happier

I swear they can literally fix anything. I have been here a couple times now and Tim is so friendly and is soo good at explaining everything, Had a completely smashed and cracked laptop that was thinking about binning but they had completely restored it for way less then buying a new one so totally worth coming here. I also bought lots of computer parts from them, got a good deal on a new graphics cars for my pc.
