Scott and Terry are absolutely amazing!!! I stupidly hadn't backed up my hard drive and fried my laptop when I spilled a cup of tea over it. They managed to pull it apart and recover everything which has saved weeks of unnecessary work. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!!

Great customer service and attention to detail making our office computer upgrade a walk in the park. The changeover was prompt with normal service to our business throughout, always a huge consideration so that our service to our guests was not affected. If we have an issue, we speak to the support desk who can work with us straight away or if quite an extensive issue they will look into the issue asap. They have helped in a wide range of technology support and some of this is not related to the work that they are employed to undertake. Very happy with the professional service they provide.
