I hate the apple store. I waited an hour to be seen despite having a appointment. But. They did help me with my issue this time so I guess I have to give them that.

Took my 4 year old Macbook into the Apple Store which had developed a problem with an intermittent double keypress. Was seen promptly by a knowledgable staff member who tried to solve the issue himself, but on seeing it was a hardware issue organised to have it sent away and repaired - for free. Under a week later and it was delivered to my door and is now working perfectly again. Apple get a bad rep at times but on this occasion they couldn't have impressed more.

I rang the store to get some help and the call diverted to a call centre in Ireland. It’s quite a rigmarole you have to go through to get the help which makes it a mission. That’s why I gave it 4 Stars. The help when I eventually got it was excellent albeit it took about an hour to sort my problem out.

I went to the store as I had purchased a charging station for my girlfriend. Being a boy, I omitted to check whether or not it was compatible with her gear. It wasn't. I went back without a receipt but nothing was too difficult for them. On what was obviously a very busy day three people got involved in the return transaction. They could not have been more helpful. 100 marks out of ten for freindlines, helpfulness, and just all round stars. Well done guys. I was seriously impressed.

Took a MacBook Pro for screen repair a couple of weeks ago. Chris and manager Stevie were very helpful, and did all they could to fix the issue without sending the laptop away. Great customer service!

Needed a new batter for my iPhone. As I live in London, and the Apple stores there are overwhelmingly busy, thought I’d take a chance in Brighton. I reserved a spot at 4:05. We arrived 3:20. It was busy. Spoke to one of the staff, and she booked me in and said they would call me over shortly. I had barely sat at one of the tables when I was taken to the Genius Bar. They ran their checks on my phone, and said it would be done within the hour. We returned about an hour later, and it was all ready and returned within a couple of minutes. £49 which isn’t too bad, and it’s an Apple battery. I looked at a few other places and the cheapest was £40, think it’s better to pay a bit more and have it done properly.
All of their stores seem busy, and you never really know who is waiting to be attended to and who to ask. It’s a case of grabbing the bull by the horns! Collar someone in a blue t-shirt who is holding an iPad and ask- they either help you or pass you on to another colleague.

A pleasure to shop with as always, my trip to brighton was a little impromptu, so I hadn’t booked a shopping appointment. This wasn’t a problem and they got me an appointment for 30 minutes time, so I went around the rest of Churchill square.
When it came time to go to my appointment I just headed back, it was weird felt like you had the store to yourself! They had the products I needed and showed me some that I was curious about but wasn’t 100% yet!
Oh and a amazing side note, my aunt went in recently and was able to pre book a sign language interpreter free of charge! As someone who usually reads lips but can’t due to the masks at the moment, this was so huge for her! She said she probably bought more because she was actually able to ask questions and have a proper conversation! More stores should do this!

My only experience of the Apple store is a pre-booked appointment to swap out my battery. The technician was prompt for the appointment time and was very thorough in his checks of my device. When I can back the same day to pick it up, again the technician was punctual and ensured that my phone was working the way it should before sending me on my way. The setup of the Genius Bar was well planned with plenty of seating available and constant activity to ensure the queue kept moving and people being seen to as fast as possible.

I think the shop was amazing and managed to buy a new iphone in 10 minutes with all the support I got as I didn't even know how it worked when I got there. Could improve though with service when there is quite a lot of people. You have a lot of people who work there to help people so normally you could manage. I have been at other Apple Stores and it was much fuller, but got attended immediately. I think you guys can manage to do that too but with everything else it was splendid ! <3

When Chris approached me he was so welcoming and down to earth, not pushy and more than willing to let me take my time choosing the product which was right for me. Before taking my iPhone to the store to sort out a problem that I'd tried and failed to solve myself I read a few pages of reviews and was shocked at how negative many of them were. However, I like to make up my own mind so I went anyway. A very helpful young woman called Claudia booked me in for an appointment and after I finished shopping I went back and was very quickly seen by Montana. My problem was sorted in under an hour and with complete professionalism.
In my experience it is best to go to these places on a week day if at all possible, and to remember that complicated technology does go wrong for a variety of reasons none of which are the fault of an individual assistant. I observed 2 customers who were obviously frustrated by problems with their apple product being very rude to staff who were trying their best to help.

Lovely products and display. Can get quite busy in here after lunchtime so if you are looking for more quieter times go before then. Staff are nice keen to sell you extras or more to what you intend on buying however they do keep professional and are friendly when doing so.

Well. What can we say. It's an Apple store which I was drugged in by my daughter, just like many more parents:) Service is very good if its not a busy day. Otherwise you have to waaaaaaaaaaaaait. Unfortunately this is not impartial review. I'm not an Apple fan,😭Not that I can't afford (or maybe I can't actually:) I must say here I do like the QUALITY and Service although I can't justify price. Is it only me? Maybe.

Took iPhone in with screen issues, for an 18 month old phone expecting to pay £105 to have screen replaced as was out of warranty.
Member of the genius team spent 25 minutes very patiently checking the phone, and booking it in for a FREE replacement. Since product was bought from the store 18 months prior it was covered under EU consumer law.
Fantastic service, fantastic products.

It's an apple store. It's clean, clinical and sterile like all other Apple stores and the staff are very attentive and helpful.

If you want an appointment then you need to go online to book it between midnight and eight am otherwise super hard to get a slot.
Better to call through and when the prerecorded voice kicks in just say store manager and you will be connected directly. Then ask for an appointment and they will give you the first slot available. Saves a lot of time.
Update
They stopped taking phone bookings but you can do walk ins and you can give your mobile number in. They text you when your appointment comes up which is handy.

Generally good experience here, have resolved several issues but it always feels harder than it needs to be, like you're negotiating for support.
Saw them with a failed MacBook Pro twice and the same person wasn't interested both times. In the end contacted Apple Care over the phone who helped me sort a consumer law claim as they said it was the right steps to take for this particular issue as it was well known.

A HUGE Thank you to Lexi @ the Brighton Apple Store, we turned up just before closing with an issue setting up my new iPhone, Lexi was so sweet, calm, patient and smiley the whole time! An absolute angel! Poor girl probably wanted to go home it being a Saturday night but she didn't complain at all and helped settle my issue promptly. Visited to purchase iPad Pro. Approached a free member of staff who was unable to sell me one (not their specific job). Had to wait 10 minutes for another guy who was already with another customer. Whilst waiting several members of staff had no customers but unable to help. Not what I expect from Apple when spending over £700.
How about enabling all staff to sell any item. I didn't need any technical help - just someone to get iPad from store room and take my money.

My phone was 23 months old (just in warranty) but with no quibble, she replaced the unit and I was on my way. Well done and superb service Apple. I am now purchasing the new iPhone 6.

If you're going in there to buy something you will be treated like royalty but god forbid you go back with a faulty product. Below is my original review. I would like to change the review to 5* as the issue appears to have been resolved with the replacement of a Logic Board and Main Power unit. I would like to suggest that Andy Farley was just amazing in taking ownership of this ongoing issue in resolving everything.
Extremely unhappy, iMac went in for repair late december, replaced Fusion drive, Screen, Power Switch, unit returned with intermittent fault and switches off without warning, store had it for 4 days last week and cannot find the fault created by them (R188551190).
Unsure how to pursue this, fault was created by repair.

I recently took my iphone in as I couldnt get a signal. Am Apple Genius told me that the reason I was having problems was that it must have had a knock or water damage, neither of which I could recall happening. this led her to diagnose a motherboard fault which was unfixable. I was also told I had unauthorised parts in there, which I didn't. I was offered, at the managers discretion, a replacement for £119. I took the 'phone into the networks providers store they tested their sim in the 'phone and hey presto it worked. Now I'm not a genius but I would have been £120 worse off, and Apples account the same to the good, Please don't let the cool lab environment make you believe they know more than a Saturday temp at Dixons.
