I bought a new iPad from this branch 3 weeks ago and was really impressed with the service compared with the larger local branch. There were several members of staff around but it was Bailey (110 Bailey on my receipt) who served me. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions well and demonstrated a few things for me. Between them the staff have knowledge of all the different types of products even if they don’t stock them at that small store The atmosphere was welcoming and personal compared with the larger store and I will definitely go to the store in future.

Bought a new Samsung phone, the Manager was really helpful from start to finish. Did not sell me what I did not want, and was not pushy in anyway. I had problems with the old phone which he dealt with so the data could be transferred over. Went well above what I expected. Highly recommended.

There is a Polish lady that works in Currys in Western Road that is an absolute sweetheart, not only helpful but happy and just gives out positive energy. She makes me want to return! Thank you so much!! Just a blessing.

Originally I purchased a gaming laptop from here in January. The customer service clerk was very helpful and in-fact massively enthusiastic about the new gaming range that he encouraged the store to start stocking. He managed to find me an excellent C-stock item that came with better graphics at the same price as the lower spec one on display. He offered me a care plan but didn't massively over-push it (as this is probably something of a company required incentive talking point they need to raise to the customer) however; I did take the offer as they offer guaranteed repair or replace as part of the policy. Then a few months later I decided 8GB of RAM wasn't quite enough. Unfortunately they don't stock a huge range of RAM for laptops and I had to go to a seperate store to buy the upgrade, but they will literally install the upgrade IN FRONT OF YOU the same day and give the work a 1 month warranty and as the work was done by them the computer is still valid with the care plan (just not the individual extra upgrade). In my ignorance I always thought this was just the place for boomers to ask innocious questions about their 10 year old laptops or teenagers to query about PS5's being in stock and then not buying them; But it turns out it's a great place for lazy techies such as myself!
