Excellent service. IGS came to my home to correct problems I had with the initial set up a new laptop I bought. They installed a reliable internet security for me and helped me set up my emails and gave me lots of information on how to back up my files and pictures onto Dropbox all for a fixed price which was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I have used their service before about 18 months ago on another computer and found them very reliable, I also found their website was very professional and easy to use. I would use them again.

Always punctual, always professional, always successful, there is little more I can say about Igor from IGS computing. I am the CEO of Fantastic Books Publishing, a home-based International publishing house. Without professional, reliable IT support my business would not be able to operate. On a previous job we had one computer here with issues and Igor fixed them for a straight one-call-out fee within ONE HOUR of calling him. This morning I called with an unexpected issue with three of our computers. One software, one requiring a tune-up (seemingly Igor's speciality so if your computer's running slow, he's your man) and the third with a motherboard, RAM and Graphics card replacement. He arrived again within ONE HOUR of calling! The job was done perfectly, it took three times as long as the first job and he STILL only charged us the one-call-out fee. A genuine diamond for all your computing needs. My only regret? That this review can only go up to 5 stars.
