I’m very pleased with Laptop Doctor. I was desperately in need to fix my laptop after getting a new job, I first took it to a shop which has top rating on google and they said there is nothing for this model online so we can not fix it. A friend recommended Laptop doctor, I took it there, paid for express service and I was relieved after the initial diagnosis. It needed board repair which they did in two days. I am happy with service and the cost of the repair. I will definitely go there again.

Needed a FPC connector hinge replaced for my macbook fan, (not the easiest fix put it that way) i brought a replacement hinge with me, let them know what i needed doing and left it with laptop doctor for 15 minutes, and just like that, the fan is running perfectly again, just called them up and they did it there and then on the day, top job, great service, cheers!.

Hands down the best laptop repair service I had. My laptop hinge joint broke which needed major screen replacement and repair. These guys had it done in less than 2 weeks and the laptop looked brand new, the same as I brought it. I got a bit of tissue or something wedged in my headphone jack and I knew I just needed it cleared out but didn't want to risk doing it myself. Originally I went to a different shop and they wanted to charge me more than the phone is worth to take it apart and replace the whole thing. So I went here instead and they were so much nicer and far more helpful. He cleared it out for me in a couple of minutes and checked it was working before I left. Great service, I'd definitely go back.

They are amazing! My surface book laptop broke and microsoft just wanted to replace it for a crazy amount of money. Went to them the same day and they took it in. Really excellent service. I took my macbook in for a repair following water damage. Unfortunately i was advised that the damage was extensive and so it would be un economical to repair but, as promised, I was not charged as the repair was unsuccessful. I was well informed throughout the process and response via email was always prompt and polite. As my machine could not be repaired, I have purchased a second hand machine instead and Sam was incredibly helpful in talking me though what they had available that best matched my old machine. I had a great experience with laptop doctor. My Mac's battery had swollen and done some damage to the track pad and bottom of the computer and motherboard. I took it to Apple and they said that i have to replace it for crazy price :( . They recommended that I take it to Computer Pros to get the hard drive backed up before they began the repairs, as it's a corporate policy they would have to wipe my computer clean in order to do work on it. So I headed to Queens road where my work is, got on google and found this life saver place, LAPTOP REPAIR SPECIALISTS. they quoted me much cheaper by offering me that they are be able to repair the motherboard not replacing it. . They also did not need to swipe my hard drive. It took them a little over 48 hours to get everything done. The staff told me they would call me with updates, as soon as i dropped my laptop i received a call in an hour, they explained everything and They did a fantastic job, customer service was world class , store is very clean and staff is very professional. They made it so easy! Highly recommend!

My laptop's motherboard stopped functioning as it had liquid damage. Many shops advised me to go for a new motherboard as it is safer than trying to fix my laptop's motherboard. One of my friends who has been to Laptop Doctor before told me about the shop and said they are professional with a lot of experience, so I decided to give the shop a visit. Staff were polite and respectful even though I was having a messy breakdown over my screen breaking just before an important uni deadline. The repair seems good, and if the part needed had been in stock, would have been very quick too. I was a little disappointed with the lack of communication, as when I called expecting my laptop to be fixed and ready to collect, they told me that a part still had to be shipped from overseas. I would have appreciated a call when they realised the repair would take an extra week...overall, however, a positive experience. Would definitely use again...if they'll have my bad tempered self.

These fine gentlemen brought my iPhone back to life after a disastrous encounter on London Road. Silly me used one of those shops where 30 minutes phone repairs are offered, and I got my phone back worse then it was before, screen was wobbly and not working everywhere. I left my phone with Laptop Doctor for one hour and they fixed every issue the other shop caused. My phone is working again and looks better than ever. The staff told me there were parts missing from my phone - probably taken out by the previous shop's workers - and I only had to pay for the new screen. My laptop fan Stopped working suddenly. I took it to a few laptops repairing shops, but they all said that the fan needs to be replaced and they told me that they would need to purchase a new fan for my laptop. When I took my laptop to Laptop doctor it turned out that there was a little piece of silicon stuck inside the parts of the fan, and all They had to do is to remove it, and the fan is working again perfectly. I will definitely be using this shop in any future issues in my laptop!

This shop is a life-saving shop! My laptop's screen was broken and I couldn't find a replacement for it anywhere in Brighton in less than 3 days. This shop was able to replace the screen of my Acer laptop in a couple of days. I am really pleased with the service they do.

I normally go to the cheapest shop to repair my devices, but after I spilled beer on my Macbook, which worked after few days but after couple of weeks wifi stopped, took it to few shops, no shop could repair it and I only been told buy another one, but I really do not want to spend £1500 on new Macbook, tried my luck with this shop, staff on front were amazing with explaining every detail about the process and the fact that I only pay if it is can be fixed cheered me up a lot, left it with them, 4 days later I received a call with an update and the price, yes it was £185 but at least I did not have to spend a thousand pound and then through away the Mac.A lot of credit to the Mac engineer who did not hesitate to speak to me when I asked to explain what he has to do to get it fixed. I will always to go to them in future.
