I broke my laptop screen Tuesday morning with all my university work and deadlines due the same week, I dropped my laptop in same day and by 12pm next day it was not only fixed but also cleaned! - Couldn't ask for better service <3

I was in an absolute crisis as my laptop wouldn't start up. After seeing the reviews from my google search i figured I'd give 2click a shot. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and charismatic. Everything was explained and any questions I had were answered. Professionalism at its finest and clearly someone who cares about their craft. A shame 5 stars is the maximum I can give as they deserve much much more. The prices were reasonable and the stages of the service were communicated clearly if necessary. Turn around (for my particular case) was under a day as I dropped my laptop off in the afternoon and collected it the following afternoon. I highly recommend 2click for your laptop repairs. Thanks again!

Came in with a broken USB that held my entire music library for DJ'ing and I didn't have another back up. Managed to get the USB to read in my laptop and let me export all of my data back into my laptop. Amazing service, couldn't recommend anyone else for computer issues. Top, friendly service.

Came into the store with my brother to recover urgent data from a broken PC. They we very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to access the data. They also advised to contact the manufacturer for the warranty rather than just selling the replacement parts. Next time I have a problem I will definitely come here. Can't recommend enough.

I should have left this review long ago! I was very happy with the service, he was very patient with figuring out the problem with my laptop's flickering screen. I didn t get the laptop back in two weeks, but now (almost a year later), everything is working just fine! Super decent price also. I highly recommended this to my friend but I think they don't do Macbooks ...

I nearly lost my data after an error of installing Linux on my laptop which overwrote my hard disk. The man in the shop managed to recover my data including a years worth of bat survey data and charity paperwork. He was very professional and at a good rate for the amount of work he put in. He is very knowledgeable and fixed my laptop when the hard drive failed. I could have fixed my own laptop, but did have the same specialist equipment or knowledge that he has. A real professional computer technician. And very friendly. It is great to share our enthusiasm for technology. I recommend this shop.

Brilliant! Polite and friendly service, I dropped of my desktop and received a phone call the same evening detailing the problem and what could be done to remedy the situation. I am a qualified PC tech myself but due to disability can't work on laptops so I go here, great service, always helpful and willing to rush if you have a deadline, very reasonable prices (saw one review saying expensive and I am wondering if they tried to get a price anywhere else first as if you look and see how long the job will take and then check the price of parts he gives a great price. Also more than willing to tell you if it's not worth spending the money on the repairs as he keeps customers coming back.
