Haven’t got a bad thing to say about this store, I went in and immediately a colleague come up to me asking if there was anything in particular I was looking for - there was! I needed to look at getting an AirTag because I’m hopeless in finding my keys at the best of times I needed something that would work with my current device (iPhone) and this was looking perfect. I asked for a demo and Tim was able to show me all the features I could use. There was no hard push to make a sale and Tim wanted to make sure that the product would work for me before purchasing. I’m happy with my new purchase, i would go back to this store again in the future.

Kind and supportive staff, easy purchase. The next day, I went there for exchange or return as adaptor didn't work, however, they kindly spent time on my issue and finally sorted out the problem.
As someone with very little understanding of the workings of our “technology” Billy in the Genius Bar was very helpful and patient, he took time to answer my stupid questions and helped me right through with the set up of my new phone.

We travelled from Cheltenham last Saturday as my sons phone had been hacked and locked out of his Apple ID. Solomon and Lauren were fantastic spent over an hour with us trying to sort out they could only do it so far and then we had to wait for apple support -just to let u know it is all sorted now thank you so much for your patience - and Laura I did get treated to lunch 😃
As one might expect, the Apple Store in Bristol (next to Cabot Circus) is well presented and well-stocked. The staircase is beautiful and the store sports the usual glass and chrome structure, with an airy feel. Service is efficient and waiting times for payment and questions are short. The location is great as well; just a couple of minutes’ walk from Cabot Circus shopping mall. The decorations on both of the walls are a nice addition to the look and feel of the store. The store itself isn’t as big as the ones in the US or Singapore but do check out the upstairs as well.
Went to Apple to buy a new Ipad Pro. Member of staff stayed with me for 3 hours setting it up. He also organised a call back from Apple for me later that day to complete the setup. Brilliant staff and great shop. Nothing was to much trouble.
Visited the Apple store following a phone call with the technical department,who were very helpful and booked an appointment for me ,the staff at the Broadmead branch are very helpful and extremely friendly,Apple products are expensive but quite frankly the best .I have always received great service weather by phone or in person and that for me is has important as the great product range Thank you 10/10
Staff were lovely but to be there for over 2 hours to buy a phone is crazy. They need to have a vending machine or similar.

Had a nice look at the new MacBook Pro’s and Mac Studio with its monitor and the AirPods Max. Really friendly pepole their
Pretty damn good. Went in to get a replacement 3.5mm to lightning Jack connector. I bought one just under a year ago so when I went in they offered to replace mine for free. Very happy as I was prepared to ship out the money for a new one.
Only criticism is that the wait for the Genius Bar was a little long. I don’t understand how talking to me, putting my details into an iPad and getting a tiny cable could justify a wait time of 30 minutes but nonetheless happy.
The store is two story building tucked away in the Cabot Circus shopping mall. The bottom level is for display of the models available and sales, while the upper floor is for technical help and sales of accessories. There is a lift for disabled people but the area has no marked disabled people's cars spaces close by which meant its accessibility is not perfect or ideal. The prices are high compared to other mobile phones' companies and the accessories are expensive as well but the quality is very good. For example if you are trading an old phone like 6s towards some of the cost of the new phone it is worth about £30 while buying a new battery for the phone is £49.
When planning to buy an apple iPhone you get the set and its charging wire only, you have to consider a good budget for the other necessary bits and pieces that does not come with the set like insurance and protective case or front screen cover ...etc. The staff are friendly and helpful but I think the whole atmosphere is dull. I myself thought such a company should have big screens displaying videos of scenes shot by its cameras to bring to the customer the difference and help them make a choice. There are no leaflets for the phones available, not even the latest range of iPhone 13 mini, the 13, the 13 pro and the 13 max.
I went back again to buy the iPhone 13 max. I asked if I can get help with transferring my old info from the old phone to the new one, I was told by the salesman they do not offer any kind of help other than selling the Apple products themselves and they do not come with anything other than the charger. I felt this is not fair, I am paying a huge sum of money but can't get any technical help. If this is the customer service before buying, how bad it can get after sale! The person who told me that I can't get technical help advised me to buy online. It was an insult for me because I made it quite clear that I can't deal with some technical issues and I went to buy in person to get that kind of help. I went back home without purchasing anything. It was a waste of time, effort and energy waiting in the cue leaning on my walking stick in pain while the weather was freezing cold and not get any help.
Absolutely first class service this morning. My husband and I visited the store with a view to purchasing an Apple Mac. First stop was an hour of tuition from Henry. He was so helpful and informative and extremely patient with 2 oldies ( late 50s customers) We want to change from windows to a Mac. Went through lots of stuff with us at our pace which was pretty slow but so helpful. After taking a breather and grabbing a coffee we went back with a view to purchasing. We were served by DJ who was amazing. We took in our old slow windows lap top. He took us through the things we needed to do to get documents and music transferred and helped me update my iCloud storage. Honestly absolutely first class from both these members of staff. We will definitely be back for more help as we need it. Thank you so much from two very happy customers.
Toby and James were simply amazing at sorting out my MacBook Pro Repair. A farcical issue I'd had for 8 months with Apple Online and Apple Cribbs Causeway, was sorted out in 2 days thanks to them. Amazing Customer Service from them both! I will be using Apple Bristol going forward for any needs I have :)

Booked an appointment with the genius bar for my mum, she had previously been to cribbs on her own and not got the assistance she needed. The person we were with was amazingly helpful, explained everything and talked us through the issue (in terms we could understand) I had watched him deal with a difficult person before and half expected him to not be in the mood for us, well, he was fantastic and is a credit to the store. He needs some recognition for define. Didn't catch a name but he had glasses, bald and a skull tattoo on his left hand.

Probably the most popular of stores selling and servicing Apple products. iPhones, iPad, MacBooks and the iMac.
I went to this store yesterday, looking for replacement power supplies for 2 MacBook Pros. I spoke to two of the employees there and they were like night and day!
The first guy made me wait about 5 mins, for no reason I could see, then gave me useless advice. In the end he told me to look on eBay for the replacement parts.
Then I went downstairs and got stopped by another one. I explained what I was looking for, and after a few minutes she'd figured it out and dug out what I needed. She let me take the bits for free!
I'd like to give a 1 star review for the first guy and a 5 star review for the woman who sorted me out, but I have to pick one rating, so I'm putting 3 stars: somewhere in the middle!
Super friendly staff, who are extremely helpful; the store is also really well kept, with all the devices being in good condition and not dirty or on the verge of complete failure. If you want to find out about a product or even buy one, I highly suggest going to this store

Wether you are there to buy a new product or to get help from the Genius Bar, you can always be sure that you will have an experience to remember. Their products speak for itself, their customer service is brilliant and their after-sale service is what any customer dreams about. I love how you can try out almost all their products in store and even after your purchase then you can get a full refund within two weeks if you weren’t totally in love with your purchase. It gives you an overwhelming sense of comfort and helps you objectively judge your purchase aside from any buyers remorse. Yes their prices are high but their products are worth it. I love this branch.

There is a bit of a wait but Jason who assisted me with my iPhone problem was brilliant, totally professional, friendly and very informative.and solved me issue there and then. This guy certainly knows his stuff, he was very patient ,gave me his full attention and at no time did he make me feel rushed. So if you do have to wait a little while just bear with it because the service and advice especially in Jason's case is excellent.
Josh and Duncan were very kind and helpful during my visit. Josh helped me sort out my new iPhone and Duncan talked me through some tips & tricks on Garage Band.
They have always been helpful to me for well over a decade now, be it for reasons surrounding an iPhone, iPod, iPad or a Mac, or any other accessories. Great to have somewhere that a person with physical or mental health challenges.can shop and get help regarding everyday issues without fear of being turned away. That said, the vibe has become more restrictive in here after COVID-19 times (coincidence?)
Been to this store numerous times for purchasing products and getting things fixed, the staff have a very friendly attitude and are more than willing to help with your issues.
Had an issue with a macbook air i bought off them and was told it needed to be replaced as it was a fault on productions side, no costs and was done within 30 minutes including have all of my entities on the storage transferred over.
A lot of the complaints I'm seeing seem to be based off Apples procedure for the stores that is set out by the corporate company, this should not be a reflection on the store employees.
As a multi device Apple user and an IT Professional - I must say that I found the staff here to be extremely helpful and patient and very knowledgeable. I had some future developmental questions and nothing was too much trouble, the team even called specialist staff out to help and advise. However, upon sitting and listening for a while I found the average customer to be quite unreasonable and some cases quite impatient. Be smart, meet and greet people well and they will respond.

By far, the best Apple Store I have visited. I wish I had taken the names of the staff who served me because I would highly commend them. The fact that my phone was repaired was of little consequence, it’s the way they conducted them self - I was informed exactly of the worst case Situation before work was carried out. There was the expected waiting time but not one member of staff approached me trying g to sell me something new.
Waiting time was bit of on issue especially when you see the staff out number the customers 3:1 however. The lad who did solve my issues was a pleasure to deal with quality lad and employee Imagine sorry I should had taken your name.
Always a place to browse Apple kit - nearly everything seems to be on show. There is no time pressure on trying out kit so is always worth a visit when new stuff arrives. The support people actually understand the products and are good at explaining them which is quite an unusual retail experience. Any problems with kit seem to be resolved quickly.
The two guys I spoke to were both brilliant. A great service and great conversation. Made me feel comfortable and welcome and we had a laugh while we waited for the computers to do their thing. 5 stars!

Very professional staff, had an issue with my MacBook Pro screen and they replaced the screen without asking a single penny.
The best by far customer service I have ever experienced. My phone was broken so took in for a screen replacement, not only did they book it in straight away I had my phone back a few hours later with a perfect screen. Unfortunately there was an issue with the phone loading back up and me having to wait a while for the phone to be fixed for a minor issue they offered to resolve the issue by giving me a brand new handset for the troubles. I am honestly outstanded with the service they gave and they really went the extra mile for me.
This is the best I have seen in customer service for a very long time and it is very clear to see why apple are the best. No hassle, no worries and will always do their absolute best to give the customer the best treatment possible.
Honestly if anyone wants professional respectable advice on what to buy or needing something fixed, please come to the Cabot circus store. The members of the apple team stand out from the rest and you can clearly see they care about you and their job more than anything. I really can't stop praising this place enough.

On a busy Saturday lunchtime, I managed to easily get help to fully understand iMac features. All assistants were patient, helpful and professional. Purchase was uneventful as one would expect. I cannot fault what was a pleasant experience.

Took my iPhone XS Max to the store on 1st December after developing a fault with the thunderbolt port; despite the store being busy, the lady at the Genius Bar booked me in with an express appointment.
They quickly diagnosed the fault with the lightning port and also found a crack on the rear camera, which they believed to be ‘accidental damage’, despite this, the store decided to replace the handset at no cost!
This was all done within the hour!

Was sold a phone by a nice man, Dan maybe? Although it turns out what I was told wasn’t entirely true. Most annoyingly though, having sealed a deal Dan said he needed to go and walked off. I then stood like a lemon for 15 minutes before someone else appeared to relieve me of my money. All in all, a pretty grim experience and I wouldn’t go back. Definitely more pleasant in Cribbs.

Excellent customer service at the genius bar when trying to fault find issue with 4yr old mac book pro. Fault found and repairs covered under warranty (after 4yrs! Wow!). Late opening made it easy to fit into day.

I purchased the one to one sessions and its the best money I have ever spent in my life. I learnt so much and their patience was incredible. I could book an appointment effortlessly and I learnt so much it. The only thing I will say about this store is the automated phone service is horrible to use and you have to wait ages for a genius bar appointment however the staff are incredible and always willing to go the extra mile.

You can hardly tell the difference between the stores, I usually go on the assistants' tattoos and level of beard - it's a fairly good identifier.
I can't thank enough the guys at Apple store in Cabot Circus . I had a terrible issue with my iphone and noone couldn't figure out what was wrong. I had booked an appointment last Sunday and was greeted by Toby who saw me through the whole process and he has been absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. Apple should make him Head of Customer experience, he is an absolute star.

They could improve their facilities such as having a more prominent store front board. Overall it’s a good store but I missed it twice because there are no signs if you’re trying to find the store from side ways
Amazing service from Toby. My iPad Pro had bad screen burn down the right hand side, so took it into the store to get it checked over whilst in Bristol. Toby did thorough tests and found that the battery had failed, so I only needed to pay £85 for a new unit instead of £588. Thanks Toby for saving me a lot of money!

Very helpful - arrived without an appointment with issues around my Mac Air keyboard. I was seen by George within 15 mins who was particularly thorough in assessing problem.
They have kept Mac Aier to fix and promised to do so as quickly as possible.

Glad to see Apple (or at least this Apple store) still retains its ethos in terms of 'above and beyond' customer service. My apple genius (a nice Irish guy) actually listened and sorted out my macbook charging issues with no fuss and no charge.

When you can't use your poor quality Apple product which fails repeatedly to work within two years of it's remarkably short life, you begin to wonder if the £595 pricetag is worth it. At this point of its life it's replacement service I need customer service is a relevant
first visit trying to get myself an iphone. staff told me that i can trade in my phone, checks online for the price, question “is the phone water damaged”, staff pauses a few seconds on the question before clicking yes, without really checking. i asked how did you know, and the staff replied with “i can tell just by looking”.
second visit looking for apple watch. i asked another staff, what’s good with these watch, i’m sorry i’ll have to put you in the queue if you want to know more and there’s a line. at that point i can see that i’m the only one at the apple watch table.
3/5 stars would come back again for the shats and giggles.

Interesting visit to Apple in Cabot circus today brilliant covid 19 protection in place, Supporting helpful staff working to corporate rules and imposed standards.
Queue starts over the footway in a designated pathway with a gazebo at its head. You get a free mask, answer standard questions and have your temperature checked before you can get into the store. When in the store you get your devices cleaned and sanitized prior to getting worked on. 2m seperation was hard but targeted throughout the visit.
Apple staff help full and patient
Went to replace my Magic Mouse 2 which had some weird malfunction where the top would twist quite easily. I went in, showed the employee my mouse and got it replaced within a minute. Awesome.
