Friendly and helpful as always. At the 'Genius Bar' you will find staff who are always knowledgeable, personable, efficient (without being rude) and seemingly really wanting to help. There also seems to be just about every new/semi new Apple product available here and I'm sure they would order it in for you! There are also demos going on teaching you how to do various things on your devices, which looked like they could be helpful. Nice atmosphere, only problem is the cost...

What a great experience. My daughter bought an I phone watch . The guy who sold it to us was called Tamas. What an amazing person he was . Explained everything to us patently. I know he was only doing his job but he looked like he was actually enjoying his job . These people are rare in retail. Absolutely a great sales person but no hard selling techniques. His nice mannerism alone made me by all the extras . Tamas good luck in whatever your future holds.

Good store here in Cribbs Causeway. The staff are helpful. There is on occasion- especially weekends, a long wait to be seen here. Genius Bar is good, they are knowledgeable and help you the majority of the time with an issue or you have to pay for a replacement if needed - which is on the pricey side for refurbished items.

Great apple store here! Picked up my IP XS Max here, transferring over from 5 years of being with android. Service is as you expect it from Apple, although my rep was not excited as I was. To be fair I went in pretty late. Went for the IP upgrade programme - process was quick and fast - got my IP in less than 10 minutes! Plenty of stock of the core range items (IPhone, iPads, Apple Watch, Macs) but due to the size of the shop don’t expect it to have as a many accessories compared to higher shops like the one in Regent Street, London.

Pre booked via the apple support app, having been let down by an authorised support partner. Same day screen replacement for my iPhone. It wasn’t cheap, but it was quick, Face ID continued to work and the service was painless. Plenty of places to work in the Mall whilst waiting - I went for Carluccios but there is a Starbucks and plenty of other options. Great experience

Amazing experience was greeted straight away and asked what help I needed was then pointed to a man called Jordan who was so helpful and who could answer every question I asked I only made a small purchase on the day but was given all the info I needed to make the decision on my MacBook upgrade couldn’t fault anything at all thanks guys.

unfortunately not very helpful with my MacBook air that suddenly broke :( the backlight stopped working and they said it was the screen, they wanted over £400 to replace the screen and top shell of the MacBook. They told me it's always the screens fault and never the logic board. I replaced the screen by myself and the backlight still didn't work, which means it's the logic board. Apparently it's a common macbook air 2015 problem?

She fixed the problem and I found her very helpful and polite as were the other members of the team that I spoke to while waiting. Thank you very much.

Usually busy in the store but staff are always happy to help when asked, friendly too. Bought an iPad and was a smooth transaction, all my questions were answered, so thank you for the help. I found that there was no delay in bringing products, making the whole transaction faster; not having to wait in silence while the product gets retrieved from the backroom. Hoping to soon join an event/lessons that Apple store holds as I am brand new to the interface of Apple. No issues so far, and hopefully never ^^

I dropped by after my daughter's ipad developed a fault. An appointment was needed to see someone st their "genius bar". The appointment was made in store with very little time to wait. Problem solved quickly. I'd never been in an apple store before and I was really impressed with the level of customer service. Even though it was busy I never felt hurried. I've always used android phones but that is likely to change at contract renewal time based purely on my recent visit to this store.

Went in to get MB sorted, really efficient service (even on a busy saturday). Staff so friendly and helpful. My son also joined a coding/sphero workshop whilst there. Entirely free and really enjoyed it. Great idea to involve the kids, fun educate and show off some the products. Absolutely no sales push either.

The service is mediocre due to it mostly being packed with customers, so the waiting time can be anything from 5minutes to 1 hour long. The staff seem alright, but many of them have no idea what they are talking about (in my experience) and the prices are very high for phone fixes, so would recommended getting your phone fixed elsewhere if that’s what you’re going there for.

Went it with mic problem on iPhone 8. Turned up 5 minutes early for my Genius Bar appointment and was seen straight away. Gentlemen helping was chatty and friendly and after confirming the fault with the phone replaced it on the spot with a new one. I began having problems with my mac book for a couple of weeks and after an unsuccessful attempt to try and fix it I was left with 3 coursework deadlines and no way of doing it as mine needed to be repaired! The manager Ben at Cribs Causeway could not have been more understanding and helpful! Absolutely fantastic customer service! Popped in to Apple hoping to talk to a member of staff about an IPad Pro. Unfortunately this shop is always extremely busy and even struggled to get near an IPad to look at it. Staff we're rushed off there feet so couldn't get to talk to them either. Make an appointment would be your best bet. Great shop though with amazing products

The store is on the upper floor in Cribbs and is at the centre of the Mall. Blue t-shirt wearing staff will likely ask you if they can help. oohh I love Tech... The store is awesome, the staff are as knowledgeable as you would expect being "Geniuses". Very helpful and attentive. the products are great, at least you get to try before you buy. I bought an Ipad mini 2, the staff advised it wasn't much different from the next model up and it would be better to put the money into more storage, so it was nice to get staff not pushing the new products (although I suspect they were trying to clear out old stock).

After having unsuccesful attempts in resolving my issues with the iPhone from Apple support and my own online troubleshooting I was advised and made an appointment at the genius bar to get a possible software/hardware issue resolved on my iPhone 6 before going on to iPhone 7 plus. I was there for a very long while as the nature of my problem was a lot more complicated and rare. In conclusion I must praise two members of staff and they are Ryan at the genius bar and the manager Benny. They were the most helpful and caring with me and between them they finally got the issues resolved to a point where I could say that my time spent and patience were more than justified. Ryan in my opinion thinks outside the box and has a very strategic manner about him in resolving complicated issues. Benny (Ben) is by far the best manger at Apple or any other retail outlet I have come across as he has the gifted nature of always putting customers first and wanted to get involved collectively with Ryan in helping me to get to a point where I am 100% happy. I want to say in this review how very grateful and appreciative I am for their help and wish them the very best in the future with Apple and in their personal lives. I strongly believe that without these two members that day - I would have most certainly left Apple as it seemed nobody had the knowledge, patience and absolute care for the problem I had. Thank you very much.

Very busy, they text me when they were ready to see me. Had an iPod nano that wouldn't charge. They looked at it and said they don't repair them, but would exchange it for another one, for £99, which isn't what I wanted to do. So not their fault, recieved good service from them, you would expect the Apple shop to repair an apple product. But that's how things are now, buy it, and throw it away when it doesn't work and buy a new one.

Other retailers -not just electrical/computer stores- could learn many lessons from this APPLE store.. i used to go here often, not often for computer problems, but for help, as I am 85+ and too embarressed to keep bothering my expert 15 year old grandson,or his father.
