Amazing service from Keith. I enquired at 3pm today, dropped it off at 4:30pm and it was completed by 6pm. The cost was really reasonable (cash or bank transfer only). My PS4 disc drive works perfect again after an accident with a heavy candle. I was a little dubious at first, but I’m so glad I trusted the reviews on here. Such a great service and I would definitely return if I needed it repaired again. Thanks again Keith.

My PS4 was a dead brick, not turning on, I checked the fuse and tried basic tips from online but nothing. So called this guy up, who’s open even till 11pm on Sundays, and dropped it round, he fixed it in about an hour for £60. Pricey but better than buying a different second-hand ps4 for £120-£180.

Keith was really helpful, called him at 11, delivered my Xbox for its HDMI repair at 1, and had it back at 4 - all on a Saturday! The price was a little higher than other repair options, but lightning fast making the increase in price worth it! Cash only, was a little worried due to the dated website and doing the work out of his home - all I can add is don’t judge a book by its cover! Keith was great and was in communication with me, updating me as soon as it was ready! Having my Xbox repaired within hours of my enquiry make it all worthwhile!

As others have said, little concerned about dropping ps4 to a residential address, but no need to be. Friendly and efficient service. Would use again, no doubts.

Keith was quick to reply to my enquiry about repair for an Xbox one s. He had figured out the issue within a few hours. Repair took a few days as a new hard drive had to be ordered, but it was ready earlier than Keith had anticipated. Cost was £90, not sure how that compares to other repair options. I had sent my PS4 to Keith to repair my console as I was having issues with a white light that kept on appearing on the top strip of my PS4 original. The screen kept on flickering on and off and I could only play games on 480p. It was a HDMI port issue and was replaced in no time. I had sent my PS4 and as soon as Keith received it, he had repaired it in one day, which actually shocked me. It goes to show how dedicated he really is for his customers and how much he cares for your repair. The repair was at a good price too, compared to others. All I’m going to say is, I am definitely recommending him for any issues you have with your PS4 console or other hardware, going to be my go to person for the future. Great service and a happy gamer!!

Amazing service, fixed a motherboard that I 'cleverly' tore the power cable from (along with bits of the motherboard) on a PS4 Pro. Fixed and applied the thermal paste that I had attempted, had it back to me less than five hours later. Highly recommended, very satisfied and relieved customer!

I recently had an issue with controller connectivity on my PS4 so I contacted Keith who had the best Google reviews for PS4 repair in the Bristol area. I can see why the reviews were so high. I dropped my console off and within a couple of hours a new WiFi/Bluetooth antenna was installed and I was picking it back up. Keith showed me exactly what the issue was and what he had done to fix it and let me test it for myself to ensure I was happy with it. Excellent communication and a great price to match.
