Excellent service .l had a problem with hard drive filling up very quickly with data. Dropped the PC off to be checked out and a general service. The problem was sorted-- an invasive virus removed and software upgraded . l was lucky to get the PC back the same day and at a very reasonable price

I was recommended to CJ Computing from a friend that had used them for business and personal computing. I wasn’t disappointed. I explained what I wanted my new computer to do and a detailed specification was sent to me later that day. All my questions were answered and my new desktop Computer for Photoshop editing was ordered. Throughout the order, build and test of the product I was kept informed of progress. Am I pleased with my new machine YES I MOST CERTAINLY AM. The build quality is top drawer the PC does everything I had hoped for and more. The Customer Service and after sales has also been best in class, nothing is too much trouble for CJ Computing. In the past I have spent hours and hours on-line or visiting large stores to Locate a PC or laptop. I explained what I wanted my new desktop to do and my desktop PC has been designed to do that and more. A very happy customer here.

I have always had a superb experience with CJ Computing. They have helped me out on a number of occasions with a variety of issues and most recently went above and beyond, solving issues with failed hard drives on a desktop and a laptop computer. They were also able to recover vital data on both hard drives and in the case of the desktop really made the extra effort to recover seemingly lost documents. I can't recommend them highly enough. I needed to sort a PC out that I'd assembled myself. Ian was so accommodating, especially during lockdown, by doing a click and collect service. He identified a problem with the CPU and fixed it, then the RAM I'd bought was incompatible so he sorted that too. All this at great value. I think I even saved money as he uploaded Windows for free which I'd otherwise have to pay for! Basically, he'll sort you a great PC or fix any problems at great value. Ian also sorted me out with a refurbed video card for £100 when global supplies of new ones had been exhausted (thanks to Sony and MS). Thanks Ian!

Very good computer shop for advice, repairs, upgrades, queries and general information in relation to anything computer related. They have been on the go a long time there and know their stuff. I would rather go and get a personal independent repair or upgrade there than send my computer away for servicing...etc They are a friendly team. Well it's been a good few months since I purchased my computer from C J Computing but I wanted to see how I got on with it before posting this review. I went into the shop not really knowing what sort of computer I wanted not knowing about the technical side of things, but I did know what I wanted to do on it if that make sense. I spoke to a lovely man called Ian who helped me to choose the right one. He didn't make me out to look stupid (I probably was) what I was asking. He was so helpful, friendly and patient he answered all my questions so that I could understand them easily, if I didn't understand completely, he asked me if I wanted him to repeat it he did with such patience.He really put my mind at rest, he didn't push me into anything not like other sales people in other retailers and I spent some time in the shop (probably about 1 Hour.) He also said that even when I got my computer home and if I had any questions I could ring him anytime. I would definitely recommend this computer shop to friends and family (I have done so already) and ask for Ian. By the way I am posting this on my husbands name (don't know why his name came up but like I said i'm not very good at computers.) So thank you once again Ian. From Maria Lloyd

Took my Macbook here after it developed a hard drive problem. They managed to get it going again, despite the so called genius at the Apple store in Cribbs Causeway claiming the hard drive was beyond repair and would need replacing. Great service and a great price too. Highly recommended.

Recently took my very dead laptop to CJ's in Westbury on trym and they very quickly diagnosed a faulty hard drive. Not only did they fit a new drive but they also recovered all my precious pictures on my baby boy which i had no backup of The turnaround time was approx 3 days and very reasonable price as well The also advised me on the best way to backup my data and also provided telephone support on how to reconnect to my wireless bits at home i have recommended them to family & friends and would use them again if needed

You can find everything you could want for your computer in this shop...had a few comments from men jut stood in the shop but I'm quite used to men being rude...but the shop itself was a very good shop I was able to get everything I wanted.
