R. H.Computer Geeks have never let us down. When our server failed we had a technician on the phone within 3 minutes and it was repaired with in 4 hours.
When our system went down at 7am, a technician was giving advice within 20 minutes (from his home) even though the main office was not open.
We feel safe under the care of Computer Geeks and I would recommend them to everybody.
R. A.Very competent team at Computer Geeks. They took over our entire system a couple of years ago and have successfully moved us to a virtual environment with multiple servers and a robust VEEAM back up system. When we had a disaster strike at Christmas and were flooded out, the Geeks where one of the first people we contacted and although it was Holidays they supported us immediately and enabled us to have all of our phones and servers up and running within hours. And hey they don't just support networks, they can code websites pretty good too!
N. B.We have been using the services of Computer Geeks for the past three years. Initially it was on an ad-hoc basis to support our in-house IT team. This was later formalised as a service level agreement, which we have recently renewed for a second year. I have found the Geeks team to be very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They have an excellent depth and breadth of knowledge on all IT related areas. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly IT services company.
