When I joined my company as Data Manager 3 years ago, I saw they used Filemaker and thought “uh oh”. I had experience with Filemaker back in the day. It was not a good experience. However, I’m very pleased to say that Matt is brilliant – exactly the kind of developer you want to work with: responsive and cost effective, but most importantly, solves problems with the user and creates the solution. The fact that it’s built on Filemaker is a non-issue, because our system does exactly what it needs to. We haven’t encountered any development that can’t be done. We have many pressing items on the technical project roadmap, but leaving EvolvIT and Filemaker isn’t one of them. I feel our database is safe in their hands, and improvements are never an issue – even the really meaty projects. I don’t hesitate to recommend Matt and the EvolvIT team.
