This is the best repair place I have ever been to. Poured tea all over my laptop. Took it there straight away and they took it apart immediately disconnecting the battery. Sent me text updates throughout with the extent of the damage. I had my laptop back less than 24 hours later despite it needing a few parts replaced. All for a great price. I hope I never have to need a laptop repair again but if I do this is 100% the place I’ll go back to

Excellent and very fast service. My 27'' iMac retina was unresponsive due to hard drive failure. Saty kindly arranged for computer collection, proceeded with suggested upgrade and brought it back the next day. It's like working on a brand new computer again. Highly recommended!

Brought my 2017 iMac here with a hard drive failure and about 750gb of unbacked up data on it. I feared the worse, but within a few days I had it back with a new hard drive, upgraded ram, and all the data perfectly restored. This was all done for a very reasonable price, considering the cost of Apple repairs and data recovery. Unfortunately the usb-c ports were not working when I got it back, so I had to return it. But this was also put right within a few days at no extra cost. All in all I'm very happy with the service and would recommend without hesitation.

I cannot recommend MacProFix enough! Incredible service from Saty who managed to recover all my data, including important documents and photos, from my MacBook Pro following a failed software update. On inspection of the machine he also noticed the battery was swollen which would have been dangerous had it exploded. After phoning to explain what he had found and what he could do, he promised to update me on each step of the process and let me know the price for any part that would incur a fee. In 24 hours I received my MacBook Pro back with all its data and it’s never worked so well! Charging a fraction of the cost of what Apple or other data recovery services would have, he also fitted a new battery, and then performed a general service for free, too! Will definitely be going back in the future should I have any more laptop issues!

Very responsive; took in my trusty 2014 MacBook Pro in straight away, and for the cost of an Apple Store battery replacement, Saty actioned that, and also thoroughly serviced under the hood, repaired damage fans and mounts. Really impressed. Apple had deemed it vintage and beyond care - they no longer supply batteries for these amazing machines, so i was delighted to discover a cost-effective and reliable alternative.

A great service from Saty at MacProFix. My 2017 Macbook Pro's display failed and a new one quoted from a local Apple registered dealer and Apple themselves made it almost not worth replacing it and buying a new laptop. However, I came across MacProFix and decided to drop it in for a diagnosis; I left it with them, not expecting a good outcome but when I returned just an hour or so later, I was told it was indeed the display and by chance they had a second hand one in and could replace my faulty one within 20 mins. I was delighted as the price for the new (second hand) display plus fitting seemed reasonable to me, with a 12 month guarantee given. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Apple products to these guys again; a pleasure to deal with and efficient. Highly recommend. Thank you Saty.
