Andy is a gem! I thought my MacBook keyboard and trackpad were done for but Andy really put in the time and effort and managed to get it working again, even sourcing hard to come by parts for me. He was so good at communicating, always happy to take my call and answer questions, and he kept me up to date the whole time. Such a gentleman to speak with. I would definitely recommend Andy for a great quality and fairly priced service, I've found other repair shops in Bristol are certainly not as friendly or professional!

Andy brought my Mac back to life - I had low expectations to be honest but thought it would be worth a try. Very good service, went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed and I felt was always honest with price (also much cheaper than going to the Apple store!). Highly recommend.

I found Andy, the gentleman who dealt with my computer, very polite, knowledgeable and approachable, and when I took my sons pc down to be looked at by Andy neither me or my son knew why his gaming pc had suddenly stopped working. The day after I took it to him he texted me saying that he was still trying various things to get it working but it was looking like fixing it was going to cost £270, but he would let me know by the end of the day exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. True to his word and a couple of hours later I got another text informing me that he had managed to get it working for a much lower price of £60!!! I really was over the moon with how thorough he was and very impressed with the honesty and regular updates as to what was happening. I would recommend PC DIAL A FIX to anyone with any kind of pc problems and will personally continue to use in the future
