Excellent service and advice! My nearly 10 year old Mac was water/fluid damaged and I had no idea! Not only was that repaired but it was upgraded with a new SSD and better memory. Can’t fault the advice, service or expertise of this local independent business.

Ran a thorough diagnostic of my MacBook, even took it apart and gave it a thorough clean, and great customer service in explaining the issues to me - clear that the technician knows his stuff and is committed to doing the best job possible.

Contacted Mac Plus via their online contact form regarding replacing 2 batteries in our Mac books. They responded same day with a quote. Specified they would get them repaired in 2 days. They didn't fail to. Both Mac books now work far better after having their batteries replaced and serviced. I had contacted 2 other companies who failed to get back to me. Would highly recommend Mac Plus to anyone else and would use them again.

Sortirios is an amazing and very competant technician. He explained everything to me very carefully. My computer was short of storage and he solved the problem, explained why I should think about preventing problems. The computer now works faster and better and I have understood many things that I was ignorant of before. I should like to recommend them most highly to anyone who has a computer. I highly recommend these guys! I spilled a whole bottle of water on my MacBook and it stopped working. I was very stressed i cant work from it again and thought it will never power on again.
