My grandson's PS4 Pro Limited Edition console was overheating and making a terrible noise, like a jet engine. STW serviced it within a couple of days giving it a thorough clean and replacing the thermal paste. It’s like new again. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of the work carried out which was done in a totally professional manner and at a very reasonable cost. The person who dealt with me was polite and efficient and I can highly recommend the service he provided. I would have no hesitation in using this company in the future.

Extremely impressed with STW and would highly recommend to students/local people in the area. My Lenovo laptop was refusing to turn on, two days before a handful of university assignments were due in. Fantastic experience from start to finish from the initial first phone call, to arranging an appointment for my playstation 4 to be cleaned. I've had it for 5/6 years plus and the fan was really loud and the console was slow. Fast, professional service and all completed within 24 hours of making the initial phone call yesterday. My playstation 4 has now been on for hours, its silent and the problem is fixed, its like brand new. I would highly recommend to use this computer shop for all uses, best in Cardiff. Arran P. S. You just know when something is right... And let's be honest with ourselves nobody likes getting ripped off... This is a typical example of a business that's trying to make it big.. (And I don't blame them in the least) from the great customer service... He explained everything I needed to know about my computer and what the work was done and undertaken... I actually left there feeling happy I gave him money which is unusual for me.. I had a very damaged laptop (broken LCD ribbon and a lot of broken casing) which most other places would've given up on, but STW persevered and with incredibly friendly service too. It took me a long time to find the parts online since the laptop was relatively obscure, but they were very patient and once everything was in place, the repairs were incredibly quick and cheap. After going to the Apple store to get a MacBook Air screen repair and getting a ridiculous quote (literally could've bought a new MacBook for the price) I tried STW. They suggested to buy my own part and offered to fit it for a fraction of the price - in a 1/4 of the time Apple said they would. So yeah, decent, quick and reasonably priced service.

As the well know advert says 'should have gone to S********s first' well I should have gone to STW first! Nick owned my problem from start to finish and wasn't prepared to accept defeat and nor did he - finding and fixing a problem another company gave up on and charged me for the pleasure! It isn't just Nick fixed my laptop he kept me up to date along the way I didn't have to pick the phone up once, this is how service should be and Nick and the STW team do deliver in every aspect.
