M. S.Weve been using TJ's as our supplier of laptop screens for a number of years without any issues. The service is great, the products are great and as you can imagine as an IT company ourselves, we order a few screens each week, and i cannot recall having any of our customers send their laptop back to us for a warranty repair on a screen that we sourced from TJ's. Which is why we continue to use them. Great service Guys!
A. H.Really helpful small supplier of Laptop Screens. Replacing a laptop screen is easy, getting the correct screen to replace is less easy with the multitude of part no.. I contacted TJ re. and collected with full refund promise if incompatible. The screen turned out to be faulty, they replaced with no quibbles, and tested my faulty one to check for compatibility. Very pleased, but if doing this job online make sure that YOU know what screen you want and how to fit it. Oh and don't take off the protective screen film until you know it is working ok.

The staff found the correct part for me, processed my refund, and had the new order shipped that very same day.

S. G.I returned an LCD panel (my fault, bought wrong model) from overseas. Problem was I failed to write on the customs declaration that it was a returned item, and the customs charges that were incurred plus the shipping costs was more than the cost of the item itself!
TJ Inspirations promised me they would help me appeal the customs charges, so I paid the charges so that the item could be picked up and my refund was processed the next day through eBay.
Appealing the charges meant work - specifically, paperwork. A form, plus a cover letter, plus evidence from eBay that the shipment was a refund. Now remember this is all my fault, but the wonderful folks at TJ Inspirations did all this for me and even declined my offer to pay them for their trouble.
Something like this has burned their name into my mind as the future go-to amongst the numerous sellers of LCD panels on eBay.
