Great products at good prices. ‘I’ve only rated 3out of 5 stars because of issues in communication. ‘Customer services’ seems to be ‘online/message enquires’ only, which doesn’t seem to be working, I’ve tried for the last half an hour. Some people need to talk to a human.

Fantastic service. Unfortunately my order was lost during shipping. I emailed the company and they replied very quickly, apologised even though it wad not their fault, a resent a replacement without charge straight away. Would highly recommend.

Great seller! My order was delivered fast and the prices were good. I had some doubts about the authenticity of two Wera tools since they were looking different compared to other pieces I ordered. It was only two items on huge order. I contacted the customer service, they took the deal seriously and contacted the supplier wich is Wera. The local Wera customer service took my request seriously with professionalism and told me that my two item came from pre-2009 batch, imperial hex tools are produced in a small amount and they have a stock. So they were genuine as discussed with Wera. Rapid electronics proposed to exchange my screwdrivers at no cost. I can be really annoying concerning product quality, they stayed professional all the time. I strongly recommend this seller, and Wera as well, I hope they will keep the same quality of service for the following years.

Great products. Very good quality ones as well. Has a lot of electronic products, bought some etching solution and they just happen to have a gallon of it. They a computer inside for you to find a product that you want and there's 2-3 friendly staff at the till. Recommend.

Brilliant range of stock, and equipment, help, parking. Always a pleasure to come and shop here, especially as Maplin is now closed, and this is the only on hand electronics retailer out there is Colchester.
