T. W.Just a really excellent and straightforward service provider - they seem to be really tuned in to the home and small business user. They explain everything in layman's terms, unlike most IT companies! I know they handle lots of business clients, but they seem very happy to handle the smallest needs of individual users - and at very fair prices. J. J.I left my laptop with The Laptop Repair Company for them to recover its operating system and data after it had suffered total failure and became unusable. They recovered it to fully working order and I was able to continue from where I left off before the failure.
Excellent, prompt service. Recommended.
C.Although prices are very slightly higher than other repair shops around Colchester (all of which were fully booked until at least midway through January), they got my laptop done in good time and always do a brilliant job. Would always prefer to pay an extra £10-20 and get the job done quickly and efficiently than wait an extra month or 2.
