Just wanted to shout out to Scott who has a magic screwdriver and managed to remove this blighter I wasnt able to with my set. Didn't even charge me for it! Cheers fella!!

Manager of Tiptree Computers here. Please note Mr Rochford Hyde doesn't understand the meaning of Lockdown. As a non essentials business we had to close by law, therefore we couldn't work on his mac for 3 months until we opened. he expected us to break the law to get his repair work done as were are not human and our safety doesn't matter. A pity he chose too comment negatively when he should have used his common sense and understood that because of the state of this year. We was unable to work for a extended amount of time. 1 - His laptop had come with half of the missing screws and We have photo's on the system to prove it (standard Procedure) 2 - It did take a while because of lockdown. But we made him priority when we opened. 3 - Courier drivers are slow at the moment, this is beyond our control. 4 - We understood his frustration and didn't charge him a penny. We will take the moral high ground. but thank you for your review.

The fix was pretty good and they fixed my phone in absolutely no time! :] however I feel as if I was mistreated by the service man ( I believe his name was George). He appeared to of given me dirty looks as I entered the store as I was the person who his wife got with. He is cleArly just jealous

Needed my laptop cracked LCD screen replaced - I'd already bought a replacement one online. Took to Tiptree Computers and my laptop was fixed within an hour, all back up and working as normal. Would recommend their services and would use again.

Dear Jason. Its hard to believe that your an Asian gentleman considering your very English name. We can not find any record or you or any repair you have had done, so please pop back in and we will do whatever we can to help you with your issue. In regards to your slur of us being racist, considering we are a multi-ethnic business.. it just isn't true and perhaps your lawyer can explain to you the meaning of slander.
