First time ordering and can't fault them. Normally stick to the more commonly used companies for electronics but their price was by far the cheapest so thought I'd give it a go. Questions answered promptly before ordering, goods arrived quicker than expected and exactly as described - correct model, new, sealed box and working fine so far. The outer packaging was a bit torn but I suspect this was from the carrier.

I have had a very positive experience with Ballicom's customer services on both occasions when I have ordered. My first experience started as less than ideal, as my parcel got lost by the courier, and the tracking didn't work, however the customer services were extremely fast and helpful in providing me a replacement unit. My second experience has been fast and easy, and as a gesture of good-will for the inconvenience I had last time, customer services went out of their way to upgrade my shipping to next day service. The only suggestion I have is changing couriers from Parcelforce, as I have simply never had a good experience with them. Many lost parcels, and tracking that is simply awful, and hardly ever works, it would definitely be nice to have the option of DHL or DPD, as in my experience they are simply the best couriers. Other than choice of courier, I have nothing negative to say about the experience I have received from Ballicom. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I would like to say that I'm very impressed with the service from Ballicom. I initially rang to place an order at just gone 5pm and was very pleased that they answered even though it was past closing time. I spoke to a lovely lady, named Rahila, who was very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This was my first dealings with Ballicom and it certainly won't be the last, well done Ballicom for a first class service and competitive prices.

Fantastic site. I’ve bought a couple of things from Ballicom to set up my home office. Their customer service is second to none - I accidentally listed the wrong delivery address in my order, so called them to correct it and all was fixed within 2 minutes. Delivery is ridiculously fast and they seem to be the cheapest retailer out there! Cannot recommend them enough.

I would recommend Ballicom International because It was easy to get trough on the phone to the sales and accounts. They also respond to emails promptly. They provide good technical information on the products and send links for further information. The Payments can be by PayPal or credit card. Delivery was the next day as agreed. All in All Excellent Professional Service.

Splendid post-sale service with great attitude and efficiency. I bought a Lenovo UK keyboard from them before the keyboard was even listed on Lenovo UK website. The price was competitive. Although the keyboard broke in 10 months (first the legs then the keys won't work, and I blame Lenovo's quality control), Ballicom was able to honour the warranty very quickly, which Lenovo's customer service, technical team and sales team were not able to. Ballicom picked up phone call after Lenovo kicked me around among their three teams for a whole hour. Ballicom was able to get the issue resolved within 1 day by getting Lenovo to send me a brand new keyboard. Kudos to Ballicom and boos to Lenovo UK post-sale service. If you want to buy any Lenovo product, don't get it from Lenovo directly (just check Lenovo's own forum - mostly just comments on their horrendous post-sales service). Get it from Ballicom, which is way better at providing post-sale service.

I must say I was blown away by the level quality and professionalism when it came to my whole order experience with Ballicom. Great choice of PCs, I wanted a high spec gaming PC and it was easy to choose and build to my requirements. Excellent customer service. Brilliant company! Ordered Asus Chromebook on a Tuesday late afternoon and it was delivered on the Thursday morning. This was my 3rd attempt to purchase this product online. The first company stated it was in stock but after taking my money it turned out to be not in stock. The second delivered but product was faulty so had to return. Finally a company who delivered in less than 48 hrs and the product is perfect. One day all companies will be run this way!

After being let down on a purchase using a well known national supplier (unfulfilled purchase via eBay); I spoke to Ballicom on Friday (2016-11-04) to confirm stock and delivery options (Saturday delivery costs, versus next day, versus free). I decided to pick the free delivery (up to 7 days)...my item arrived this morning (2016-11-07) via courier. Courier being UKMail...advised me this morning via email wheat time slot the item would arrive and gave me options to postpone or redirect to a neighbour etc (this is thankfully becoming the norm with a number of couriers now, but not all yet). Highly recommended; people at the end of the phone if you need them, well priced and quickly delivered - thank you!

I bought an SSD from Ballicom via Amazon. They initially got my order wrong and shipped me the wrong part (although the shipping and the whole transnational experience went quite smoothly). I contacted the company and was assisted by Dil from sales, and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. The problem was also fixed quite quickly. Overall, a very positive experience and they've earned my trust. I feel like if you have problems, you should definitely call through and try and sort it out. I ordered a Dell XPS 13 with QHD screen on next day delivery, as I desperately needed a new Ultrabook. Originally I ordered direct from Dell and after waiting 2 weeks for my order, which got lost by the courier - I demanded a refund. I ordered the laptop and then found some pretty negative reviews about service; which made me a bit worried, to say the least. So I called Ballicom customer services and they assured me the device had been shipped and that the tracking number would be with me shortly. The tracking number took a bit longer to arrive than I would have liked, and I did have to chase for it! However, the laptop turned up next day, as promised. So all in I am very happy. The laptop is amazing and arrived in the original Dell packaging with the seal intact. #happycustomer!

After an initial 35% restocking fee was asked for a more realistic 10% was offered.. We have bought It off Ballicom for several years and this is the first time we need to return an item. Unfortunately the outer wrapper had been removed but the laptophad not been powered up so is still in pristeen condition. A little dissapointed that we had to fight with a supplier that has been so good over the years.

Great service. I was told by Hewlett Packard Enterprise to buy the wrong license for a server. The refund was processed on request - it took a while, but I put that down to HPE being immensely slow, not Ballicom. Did my own research and then bought the correct one from them - came through quickly as a digital license key.
