Great service from start to finish. I know my way around computers but had been stumped on a recurring issue with my laptop. It was great that CRD took the time to talk to me personally and understand my knowledge and past attempts at repairs. CRD had the laptop for a while and did exhaustive tests to replicate my issue, once they found and resolved it they charged me a very small fee considering the amount of time they potentially put in, which I was grateful for. They also talked me through their findings which gave me a chance to learn from them which again was much appreciated.

Needed a desktop repairing fast. PSU failure. Took computer in, called later the same day to say it was done. A fair price and a decent job. Machine a little noisier now due to the model of the PSU, would prefer a writer one however I was looking for the fastest repair so can't complain really. Would recommend this place. And will use again

Had an excellent experience with computer repairs derby recently. I had an issue with a new build that I couldn't fix myself. The job was taken by Gary and was quickly resolved. The level of communication through phone call updates was second to none (especially from my previous experiences with other specialists) : I would recieve a call each step of the way to inform me the progress and what would be done next. On top of this, the price was competitive, and the job carried out with great care and and quality.
