I have only ever had positive experiences with Lennox, when I need IT support I will ring directly or I will email, the phone calls are always dealt with promptly and if the issue can’t be resolved there and then, then I will always receive a follow up call. The emails I send are always responded to promptly and with support and further guidance if needed. They are always polite and chatty on the phone and will be happy to help wherever they can. Amazing customer service and amazing knowledge on IT displayed by them, can not fault :)

We have been using Lennox IT at Goodwin Tanks for the past five years for all our IT needs and they are quite simply faultless. They have upgraded our servers, introduced a cloud backup and have sorted out a host of issues, big and small, always in a timely manner and importantly always with an eye on cost. Olly, Sam and the team are always on hand to sort out any issues with the minimum of fuss and interruption and have helped tremendously with the smooth running of the company - for which we thank them. Excellent service from Lennox IT. Always helpful and resolve issues in a timely manner. If I have any issues, I call Lennox IT, they dial in, the mouse pointer moves in front of my eyes, as if by magic, I pop the kettle on and when I get back, it is sorted 😎. Sometimes I wish they would take longer so I could have some downtime 🙄. Further to the above, not once have they said "have you turned it off and on again?" They are also very competitive regarding hardware and server solutions. All of our hardware and servers have been supplied, installed and maintained by Lennox IT.
